This Is a jem of a restaurant located in the historic district and full of charm and atmosphere. This 1800s building used to be a brothel! Lol! Just like in the movies, you can almost hear the piano music. And the spurs clinking. The food is delicious and they are willing to do substitutions and such. All their deserts are scrumptious too! The service is outstanding. Parking is ok, there is a lot right next to it. Don’t pass this one up! You’ll love it! Awesome shops next door to paruse afterwards!

Best brothel that I’ve ever eaten in. The ambiance is classic and tasteful. The service was a bit slow, but the delicious food made up for it. The steaks were cooked just right…medium rare! The sides were seasonal and tasty. The drink menu is unique. I was told that the chocolate martini is tasty.

My avocado crabcake sandwich and homemade chips were delicious and very reasonably priced. The ambiance was also great. The menu is also pretty extensive, so there are a lot of food options to choose from. Something for everyone.

This is a definite stop for San Angelo. The place was amazing. The service was excellent. I also couldn’t figure it what I wanted as there were so many delicious meals! The Hatties burger was excellent.

Cool location to eat at. Decor is interesting. We went here for Valentine’s day. Made reservations in advance. They had a set menu including appetizers, salad, choice of 4 entrees and 2 desserts. I ordered the ribeye medium rare. It was a tasty meal. Service was friendly and fast.

I ate here on a recent business trip and I had the 21 hour mesquite marinated ribeye…I probably wouldn’t order it again from here…a little too thin and charbroiled. The scalloped potatoes were amazing!

Miss Hattie’s restaurant was so cool. The food was delicious. I had the meatloaf, corn and mashed potatoes. It was all so good. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger of course. He loved it. The tomato basil soup was so good I forgot to take a picture of it before I slurped it all down. . It is such a cute place and I love the decorations. There was one other couple in there so it was quaint. The staff were all very nice a attentive. We will be back because there are lots of things on the menu we want to try. After we ate we took pictures of the sheep art outside and the murals on several walls.

We went out for a family meal after we all got a craving for home style cooking. The meatloaf and fried catfish were fantastic and the fried oyster appetizer was incredible. Prices are surprisingly good! But what I really want to comment on is how great the staff were! I cannot have dairy and unfortunately have to ask a lot of questions when eating out even when I try to go to websites first. With smaller, family-owned places they typically don’t have websites with nutrition and allergy warnings. As soon as I mentioned it, our server was on it! She went to the kitchen, read labels, and talked to the chef for me. She even tried so hard to find me a desert which is a really tall order. Everything sweet has dairy. The level of service was just heartwarming. She also took time to talk to my son about his meal and was incredibly attentive. Wonderful night out with the family 🙂

Great restaurant in a former bank / brothel. The building has been fully restored and is worth seeing itself. The menu has many items. I had guacamole and chips for an appetizer. The chips had a dusting of a seasoning reminiscent of Old Bay. For my entree, I had pecan encrusted trout. It was prepared with a dusting of the seasoning and a special sauce. Service was excellent, the server checked on me periodically but was not overbearing. Definitely worth a repeat visit!
