We visited Grand Rapids a few weeks ago and had breakfast here. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was attentive and did a great job! We didn’t wait long at all for our meal. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and decor.

I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED in the MANAGEMENT of this place on the morning of 7-9-23 Waited over an hour for the food. (Heard a waitress say” omg over “70 minutes and still waiting ?”) The order was wrong when it finally arrived. We requested to talk to the supervisor about this situation I was told by another waitress that she refused to “deal” with us after asking again and still refused. We paid our tab and left. I’ve never regretted being Patient more in my life. We tried to leave 3 times while being promised that our food was being “Plated and on it’s on the way”. (It showed 30 minutes after that) I have no interest in returning to this place. I HOPE SOMEONE WILL READ THIS AVOID THIS PLACE.

It was nice, there were 14 of us and we couldn’t fit all together…the waitress got a little snarky with us…she was the only waitress…one of our gals got her food after we almost finished eating…they didn’t have any chicken…I’ll go back and see if it’s better.

Went for the breakfast buffet and envied the items off the menu as they were delivered to other customers. The buffet was good but next time I’m going for something on the menu. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive!

Only one server who looked overwhelmed. Many tables with dirty dishes on them. Liver and onions was over cooked with no gravy. Nice salad bar. Just average food. It was just ok.

Had a70 minute wait time , after 30 we said we were gonna leave they said food was on the way.when the food came egged Benedict were hard boiled and side of onions and peppers was missing. When asked to speak with supervisor they refused to speak and sent the new waitress on her first day ,couldn’t even apologize
