Miss Pho is a new restaurant and noodle bar, owned and operated by Thu Tat, a seasoned restauranteur with over 15 years of experience serving Seattle’s foodies. Known for leading her family’s restaurant Hue Ky Mi Gia in Kent, WA and making it a legendary stop for comforting bowls of traditional Vietnamese and Chinese noodle soups, she always had a passion for the unique flavors found in Vietnamese cuisine. She saw a gap in the market for a restaurant that focused on traditional pho but with unique regional variations. With the opening of Miss Pho, she brings the diverse flavors of all three regions of Vietnam – North, Central, and South and introduces diners to authentic Vietnamese dishes that are hard to find locally.

Like the observations in many reviews, the restaurant is very clean. Even though it is not too big but the place felt spacious because of the modern & minimalistic theme in decorations and because the owners didn’t try to jam in as many table as they could (YES!!!). The service here was top notch. The servers were nice, friendly & fast. We ordered 4 different items: crispy chicken wing appetizers, Pho Sate ( spicy Pho), Pho Tron ( dry pho noodles, sliced beef and special sauce made in the house), and regular Pho with beef balls. All 4 dishes were delicious and worth coming back for. Our favorite certainly was the Pho sate. This is a very complex dish and hard to find a restaurant get it right. I think Miss Pho mastered this dish better than any place I’ve tried before in taste, smell, and presentation including the ones I’ve had in Vietnam. Absolutely must try! We will definitely come back again.

Everything was absolutely delicious – we had the grilled Chicken & Spring Rolls Vermicelli, Hanoi Pho and Vietnamese Coffee. Having been on clean eating for some time, I found the pho flavor to be overpowering but my partner thought it was the best pho in Seattle. 🙂 That said, I thought the chicken in the vermicelli was seasoned perfectly. We like the minimalist, clean and spacious ambience. Would definitely come back.

This place is amazing! They are new to the plaza, and damn the owner is very friendly and welcoming. Food is tasty and fresh. He recommended us the salt and pepper calamari, which is super good & well finished and similar to Cantonese style. I tried the pho tron, and the soup was sooooo good! Also happy to have the winter melon tea (冬瓜茶) there.

Best service we had in a long time! The owners were sooo nice. They gave us free chili oil and recommendations to the best eateries in the Seattle area knowing we had high spice tolerance. They were such genuine people. I will come here again!

Miss Pho is a great new Vietnamese restaurant placed right next to the QFC on Holman road. Everything we got was great- we had chicken spring rolls, pho, and vermicelli bowls. The servers were attentive and everything came out quickly even though the restaurant was crowded. I would highly recommend anyone to go try out Miss Pho!

I have been ordering to-go food from them almost every week! Best fried chicken wings in Seattle area! The salt and pepper calamari or shrimp are also awesome! I ordered the pho with rib once, it was so huge! The house pho is already good enough!

Rich beef broth. Fried items are freshly made, so super hot! Their noodle needs some improvement though as they break easily

Ordered the special Pho and forgot to take picture, the soup was very good (2 nd in the area) but not much meat for $25, the rib bone was OK. Will return to try other dishes.

It is so good! The broth taste so rich and I know how much time it should take to make that broth. I also added the tendon, and the tendon is so big and soft enough. I highly recommend this restaurant if you like pho!
