The first couple weeks were a little rough as they figured out staffing, but now they’re up and running! The pho is the best I’ve had in the area, the broth is really good. I’ve had the vermicelli as well before and my coworkers loved the Korean corn dog. Definitely a good lunch spot

P5,M3. First impression for a place like this in Aberdeen the hype was still kicking when I went after opening week. Really big space with plenty of seating. A young staff working the front very attentive. Placed an order at the front desk and got it 15ish minutes later to take home. The sandwich is big but personally I feel like it could’ve been filled more, loved the grilled pork. The Pho portion was the perfect ratio and plenty of meat came with the order. Very nice and informative staff. We ate in, food came out fast and hot. I ate half of my food before I even thought about taking pictures. The shrimp summer rolls were so good, and the sauce it comes with is delicious! We got the combination k dogs, 1 potatoe, and the other ramen. The cheese pull was exactly what I hoped it to be and they tasted so good. With the combination you get half hot dog and half cheese on the stick, the best of both worlds. I got the brisket pho, broth was hot and flavourful, meat was tender and juicy.

We’ve been looking forward to eating at Miss Saigon since we first saw the renovations a couple months ago. We went to the restaurant at 5pm-ish on Sunday evening at opening weekend and they were BUSY . They did a great job at getting orders out and bussing tables. Our food came out fast, hot, and the wings & spring rolls were fried perfectly. I was thrilled to see they send out an authentic fish sauce dipping sauce with the spring rolls instead of duck sauce. Our pho was fresh, filling and the broth had a strong taste of star anise. We are really happy to see a pho & Bahn mi location so close to home and are looking forward to trying their other dishes!

Food 10/10. Service 6/10. The food was excellent. My rice noodle bowl was fresh and flavorful. My Vietnamese coffee was authentic and tasted just like the ones I had in Vietnam. The food arrived luke warm- It was so busy in the restaurant so I did not bother to ask for it to be warmed. I was disappointed that they were not selling Bahn Mi. I arrived 1 hour after opening so I am unsure if they were sold out or not being sold at all. The service: this restaurant is newly opened so Im sure they are still trying to work out the kinks. I visited during lunch time and they seemed overwhelmed. I waited 40+ mins for my order for a party of 1. Other patrons around me seemed to be fed up with the wait for to go orders. Overall, I will dine again bc the food was great but I will not visit during peak time.

Came for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with the very delicious food. Not only were the Pho and egg rolls great, but their boba was also just as tasty. Looking forward to coming back and trying other foods on their menu!
