One of our go to restaurants! First, I love their support of the military, firefighters, and law enforcement! The food is better than most of the other BBQ establishments in the area. There’s a better variety of sauces than most others. Two of our favorite items are the pulled chicken and the delicious thick sliced turkey. They have brisket, pulled pork and half chickens on the menu, all good.

So first let me start off by say the RIBS are amazing, fall off the bone amazing, the only let down is that they were a little salty. Fix that then it’s perfect.

We spent the day in Dunnellon visiting family and riding the Withlacoochee trail on our bicycles. We stopped here on the way home for a late dinner. The food was great and the service was awesome. it was about 40 minutes before closing time I ordered macaroni and cheese and sadly they were out. When our food was done I noticed they had given me some macaroni and cheese at no charge, and it was very good! The fries were great too. My girlfriend is a Navy veteran. So she really enjoyed the decor of the restaurant. Lots and lots of memorabilia honoring law-enforcement and all branches of the service!

I’ve heard so many people tell me how delicious Mission BBQ is, I had to try it for myself. Their pulled pork was the best I’ve ever had! And the sliced brisket was so tender and flavorful. They had several sauces at each table to choose from, a nice variety, and they were great. The dining area and drink station were very clean, a had great atmosphere, and plenty of décor that supports veterans and first responders. There’s plenty of parking behind the building, and I appreciated that it was well-lit since we were there late. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return- putting Mission BBQ on my list of go-to restaurants!

The workers greeted us when we walked in the doors. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. The waitresses were friendly. The decor is a tribute to military personnel and first responders. They recognized a WWII Veteran who was eating there. Also, they gave a free dessert to all Veterans in the restaurant while we were there. This is a great place to eat!

I have been to many barbecue restaurants, including a couple well know ones in Texas. I would put their moist brisket sandwich against anyone’s I have ever tasted. This is a must for any barbeque fan. Plus their mission supporting vets and first responders is awesome as well!

Awesome BBQ! Wonderful atmosphere! Upon our first visit I was treated like royalty due to my prior military service. Deb was very accommodating, with samples of the sides and a surprise dessert! Go to Mission BBQ support local veterans and some darn good BBQ! Say HI to Deb, she made our Mission BBQ visit top shelf! We will be back!

Always love visiting. The 2 I’ve been to never disappoint. They have like 6 or more sauces to choose from and they are veteran owned and we support that since my husband is a disabled vet!

Ordered a moist brisket sandwich. Honestly feel disappointed. Payed 15$ for what looks like burnt ends. Not even lean brisket. Fried were okay. 20$ that I only ate the fries and poked at the “Moist brisket Sandwich”

First time here, and it won’t be the last. The food was awesome, and portions were large. Was told the stand for the NATIONAL ANTHEM every day at noon, but I was not there for it. We will be there for our soon. The staff took time to explain the menu and portions so we could get the best for our money. They definitely show their love to the military and first responders.
