One of the best tacos truck I like to eat from I come pretty far from where I live to come all the way out here to eat bomb Asada & pastor Minnie tacos & Huarache. They’re the best here won’t disappoint. If any one asked me where the best Asada& pastor Minnie tacos I highly recommend this tacos truck. Very respectful and polite and good services. Always get your food hot and just perfect. Number one taco truck I say.

Fantastic find. Had the al pastor cuchillo with pineapple and onions. If they ask you if you want pineapple, definitely get the pineapple. The al pastor was tender and flavorful. The tortilla is thick and has a great corn flavor. Great food and great price. Small menu, but big flavor.

The guy was super friendly and the service was quick but the food is unfortunately just not good. Wishing this business the best and I hope they can improve the overall quality of food. The corn tortillas here are GREAT!

Authentic tacos al pastor (or tacos de trompo). Marinated pork slowly cooked on a vertical rotisserie with pineapple juices dripping on it as it cooked. Then thinly sliced and finished on a griddle adding a flavorful Maillard browning. Added optional pineapple, grilled onion and cilantro to enjoy one of the most succulent tacos I have had in San Antonio. Unsure of what my favorite salsa was, I will order both next time. The red salsa was mild and had the tasty smokiness of chipotle. The green salsa was hot and added a nice punch to already amazing tacos. Way to go Mister Diablo, keep it up!

Amazing tacos, I love the pastor trompo! My favorite way to be served a taco, after experiencing yhis in Monterrey, Mexico. Salsa, tacos, corn tortillas were on FIRE!!!

Pros:This place is absolutely awesome! It has some of the most flavorful food I’ve had and not just from a food truck. Their pork tacos has pineapple added to it; which originally I thought it was weird because I’ve never even heard of that. But let me tell you, it works!!!! I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is the best food I’ve had from any food truck of any genre of food. I am absolutely impressed. And I would be remiss if I did not mention their chicken fajitas. If you can season chicken that great, you automatically get a five from me because chicken is very hit or miss. I live in Selma so I won’t be able to go there as much as I would like, but it most certainly will be a stop whenever I’m in Central San Antonio. I highly suggest you check them out and most certainly bring your appetite.
