Guys! Please make your way over to Mr Taco in Orange NJ! The food is amazing! Nice chill vibe. If you’re passing by or using the train, please take a moment to stop in and sample the menu. Its a cozy, intimate setting. The music is relaxing and inviting with the sounds of beautiful latin tunes. So far ive had the avocado salad with shrimp, birria tacos, chicken tacos and garlic shrimp with rice and they were all 10/10… im here now enjoying my meal with my BYOB wine but they also serve sangria that I will try next time! i live literally a few feet away and this is by far my fav local hidden gem! i have yet to try breakfast! thanks for such great service and tasty food! also the female hostess is always so pleasant and helpful!

The food was good gave 4 stars because I like my food Hot not warm. The waitress was very nice and was attentive to us. But I asked for ice water with lemon on the side and she gave me tap water with limes on the side. I had the beef/ steak enchiladas which were good. My daughter and granddaughter had the tacos which were good also.

I hate to rate off of only one order, but I ordered through Uber eats. Let me tell you, I ordered two quesabirrias quesadillas.. which are actually birria tacos (3x order) and boyyyyy was these the most disgusting birria tacos I’ve ever had! The amount of bones that I took off of ONE taco is insane. Why are there bones all over the meat?!!!!!!’ And the consomé????? You mean oil? Yuck… never again

I would DEFINITELY recommend this place. To give you back story, the two folks that run this place were the cooks at Lisa’s Deli which is a pretty known place in Orange. Once Lisas Deli was bought out by new owners, the original cooks(Jorge and his Wife) had to go and they are now at Mister Taco. So if you’re reading this and used to Lisas Deli, COME HERE as you will get the same quality food as when Lisa was running her deli. Now, the about Jorge and his Wife. Their kindness and hospitality is unmatched. They treat every guest with a smile that I have observed and are very attentive. And the food of course is AMAZING.
