The woman had a bad attitude. I now just found a hair in my food mid bite. We will never eat here again. All because I didn’t tip. She doesn’t understand my situation at all. I say that because she gave me the worst look after looking at the receipt I gave back to her. Beyond pissed. If there was a no star I’d give it. Me and my husband were loyal customers and always tipped up until now. We found this place in 2020 when the pandemic closed most places. We were just happy to find something good.

The customer service at this place is horrible. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She seemed upset because I asked questions about the food so that I could order enough to accommodate my family. She had a nasty attitude, hung up the phone in my face and wouldn’t answer when I called back numerous times.

I used to love this place, and I hate giving bad reviews, but the lady at the window was VERY RUDE, since I had to go through the drive-thru I wanted to make sure my order was correct and she snapped at me, so I did the Godly thing and told her to have a nice day pulled off and never return here again.

The food is always on point. Sometimes the lady says hello Kimberly, Hahaha. They are friendly. When the store is open to the public it is nice. I was sick one time and the lady suggested I get a certain kind of soup, it made me feel so much better, and I’ve been going every sense.

The lady at the window had a bad attitude. This was my first time eating here and the hospitality was some of the worse I’ve dealt with. People should get jobs they enjoy doing because it’s not the customer’s fault that you hate your job. I looked at a lot of reviews and was convinced this was good choice but I was sadly mistaken. My advice would be to steer clear from this place, you don’t want those bad vibes on your food.

First time customer. I must say I am beyond impressed. We ordered the same things we always order everywhere we go, but this has easily become our favorite place to order from. Their chicken is incredible, and made fresh to order! The egg drop soup and lo mein noodles are delicious. 10/10 will be eating from again.

My wife and I were pleasently surprised both bad and good when we ordered and picked up two Chicken Lo Mein dinners from the drive-up window at Mister Wok. The bill was $30.00 which sounded high. However, when handed the two dinners to us through the window it felt like it was a 10 lb weight to be held. The two large styrofoam container were packed to the top of the lid and that pleasenlty surprised us. The meal was delicious.
