Went here for a “cater party” for a friends daughter. Was disgusted how we were all treated. Sad that this low down place is in a nice town like East Aurora even sadder that my friend has pictures and proof of the terrible service etc and they told her the would refund her some money but nothing!!! And it’s been weeks and now no answer!! Pitiful excuse for a restaurant and bar. Staff was rude and ignorant Food was ridiculous!!! The little food they brought out could hardly feed half the guests and some had to order some pizza becasue there wasn’t enough food. The biggest platter was a side dish!!! Mac and cheese!!! which costs how much??? And she was charged just under $1000 for this !!! And bowling! When we couldn’t even start right away becasue one of the lanes wasn’t working!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE EVEN IF THEY PAID ME TOO!! And all of my family friends and coworkers will no longer come here either!!! I can promise you that!!! There was another party there with less people and for that party they brought out a huge amount of food compared to our party!!! Pics for proof. We had one small table. The had a large table with three BIG platters. ROLLS. AND SIDES !!! They wouldn’t even give us rolls for the small amount of pulled pork they gave us!!! We came in yesterday because the place across the street was mad house. We were pleasantly surprised. While it took quite a while to get someone to wait on us and take our orders the food was pretty good. There were three of us and we got two brisket dinners and the pulled pork sammich. The meat was nice tender with a okay bark and nice smoke ring(brisket). The pulled pork was a good option too. Would definitely come back to try again.

Love the venue, however I’ve gotten three dishes there and the chicken fingers and wings have been dry 5 times in a row. Wings are often tiny at best and severely under sauced. Got fish fry this past Friday and it was cold and incredibly dry. They did have the great idea to put it over the fries tho so that the fish was dry and the fries were wet and had no crisp. Service was great food was terrible. Flavor on the fish and Mac and cheese was great but flavor couldn’t make up for the dryness of the fish I needed a few pitchers to swallow it.

I can’t rate the food because I never got that far. We showed up and the place was dead. We were told to pick any open table so we did. A waitress took our drink order and that was the last we saw of them. The person who delivered our drinks was incapable of taking a food order. It took them 10 minutes to bring my wife a soda and another ten minutes for them to bring us a beer. In fact, we waited so long for the beers, we were about to walk out when they brought them. Still no food order was taken, so we paired our tab and left. PASS ON THIS PLACE. There are plenty of places to get a beef on weck and plenty of places to bowl. There’s probably plenty of places to do both. Don’t waste your time and certainly not your money. They apparently don’t need either.

We tried the smoked pork sandwich and the smoked brisket sandwich. Both were very good, ample servings. Ordered beans for a side and they were really delicious. Our server -Emma- was pleasant and attentive.

I’ve been here during trivia night. They definitely could use more servers. The food menu is mediocre and overpriced. Mostly fried food and meat options. Not exactly vegetarian or vegan friendly.

Just left here from eating dinner and I had the chicken dinner, the chicken was so dry I didn’t even finish my plate the Mac and cheese was cold and my onion rings where not done all the way, my dad got a salad with chicken and it literally had 5 small pieces of chicken and the rest was just lettuce, my brother got a burger and Mac and cheese and their was hair in the Mac and cheese will NEVER come here again defiantly was not worth $90
