Just had the worst meal ever here and the worst service I’ve ever had. For a $200 meal we were very disappointed. Waitress never refilled drinks. Brought some vinegar dressing when asked for extra Caesar dressing. Asked if I could add crab legs to my dinner instead of getting two dinners. Then never got a yes or no then the crab legs just showed up with sides also got charged for the full dinner then after asking the manager about the confusion I was informed I could of added 1/2 a pound for $39 which I would have done had I been told when I asked. Had to ask for ice for my tea because it was completely melted. Didn’t get to order till after we finished our appetizers which was about 50 mins after we sat down. Over all it was an awful experience the waitress clearly needed some more training. Then after everything on the way out we said have a nice night and she didn’t say a word. Oh almost forgot we all ordered blackened mahi mahi and if that was blackened then I guess I don’t know what blackened means. It taste like nothing.

Gosh I really wish I could remember our waitress’s name. She was an older lady however with us having a 10 month old going out to eat is always a ? Never know how the little guy is going to do. I forgot our place mat for him and she went out of her way to find a replacement for the glass dish his Mac n cheese was served in. Caught me totally off guard. She was outstanding!!!! I cannot say enough about how much that means to a mom. The food is always fabulous and the atmosphere is family friendly and inviting.

Lovely atmosphere. Server was slightly unprofessional, lobster tails were terrible! The “butter” to dip the heavily Lowerys seasoned, too salty to eat, lobster in was not even real butter. Smashed potatoes were just ok but gummy, lemon Bundt cake was made with cheap oil and was heavy. Drinks were good! We could not even believe how bad the lobster was. We drove an hour and a half to get lobster. Should’ve gone to red lobster.

We had dinner at Mitchell’s last night and Christian was our server. The food was great and the service was exceptional. We’ll be going back the next time we’re in Pittsburgh and will definitely ask for Christian. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!

It is a nice higher end restaurant with professional staff and good food. From my experience it was way over priced for quality and quantity of food. It was a nice experience for a celebration but not a place I would eat at regularly.
