I’m surprised this place has 4.1 stars reviews cause for us it was a great experience the food was great the. service was great as we were 25 people and they were able to take good care of us, but of course, we called ahead of time, so they were aware. Anyway, my wife and I shared 2 sandwiches. we had the Nova bagle and the pastrami, and they were both delicious. I ordered the 5 ounce meat, which was a mistake. If you like pastrami like I do, then I advise you to go with 8 once my kids are very happy with their food! Overall, it was a great experience, and we will come back for sure.

Met up with my bestie who is visiting from out of town, and craving some real bagles. Everything we ate was delicious! Service was prompt and pleasant. Our waitress was super attentive and sweet. We just loved everything about this Weston staple!!! ❤️

Unfortunately I had a bad experience this morning and will be heading to Bagelicious on 84 from now on. I have been going to Westside several times a week over the course of two years to grab a bagel and drink sometimes a cucumber salad before work. This morning when making payment the “Lovely Server” at the checkout told me that I was not allowed to swipe my Credit/Debit card. When I asked why, she stated that they were not being paid by swipe transactions. Mind you, I worked in the management service industry and I’m also very familiar with their POS System “Toast”. After swiping my card for the past two years, I told her its never been a problem before, so I continued to swipe my card. Unfortunately my bank does not have chips on their cards right now. That being said, she then told me this would be the last time and continued to make my bagel angerly. All my transactions post automatically , so I showed her that the money was taken out of my account by Mitch’s bagel. Once my bagel was finished she then made it a point to get the manager to address me in front of several other customers, that I could be using the card fraudulently. At this point I was done and ready to leave the food on the counter and walk out. What a shame to treat someone so negatively. I normally would never leave a review on here but I felt the need this morning. Especially after I’ve referred several people. I understand the card thing and she could of said just bring a different form of payment next time.. It was just handled very unprofessionally and was embarrassing on my behalf. Thanks for friendly service.

The place is nice and solid breakfast sandwiches and bagels. The only thing I don’t love is the waitresses attitudes. I’m from the northeast and these waitresses have the attitude of a northeast diner employee that doesn’t want to be there. If you ask for anything non standard they give you an eye roll and seem like it’s really adding to their awful day. At first I thought it was a bad day but the same exact thing when I went the second time. If I want a solid breakfast sandwich I’ll go back but I’ll get takeout.

Use to love coming here, it’s just out priced itself lately. They downsized into a smaller space so why such high prices. I am in food service and understand food costs. Believe me they havent gone up that much to warrant what they charge. Gonna have to find a new spot for my Bagels, Lox and Cream Cheese. I was really disappointed when they did not have the Halava Candy and other things I enjoyed. Let me know when the prices come back in line and I’ll try again possibly.

I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 because it is substantially overpriced. For 2 bagels it was around $36. That is completely insane for 2 bagels! One had lox tomato and cream cheese and the other was eggs, avocado and turkey bacon. The bagels were good but don’t justify the price and I don’t think I would come back here just because I felt so silly paying that much for 2 bagels… I would look up other bagel places in the area or buy some bagels and get some ingredients from the grocery store to put on them.

Nice portion sizes for their meals. The omelets come with a side AND a bagel! Our server was quick to assist with anything we may have asked for. On a beautiful day, their shaded outdoor seating is simply perfect. I will definitely return.

My recent experience here was awful. The highlight of the meal was the bagel which is pretty decent. However, everything else tasted like years of grime from the griddle. I got nova, eggs, and onion. The eggs were very watery and had little seasoning asides from the salt from the smoked salmon. The home fries on the side also were undercooked and unseasoned. The most bland I have ever had them, even adding salt and pepper from the table did not help. I also had a side order of potato salad and the after taste was funky, almost like it’s been sitting out. I also had to send back my first order of NEO because they left fishbones in my food, I started eating it and felt something hard. The service was ok, wasn’t really enthusiastic when I sent my order back, felt like a chore for them.
