I do not recommend eating here. The food is disgusting and the customer service is even worse. On top of that we ordered our food on the phone off their online menu and were overcharged about $60. When we asked the manager about it, she told as that the “prices change everyday”, and refused to refund us the difference. And apparently yesterday shrimp cost the same as steak. For such a beautiful town this place is a disgrace. I’m not sure how any place could stay in business treating your customers that way, and refusing to honor their prices. I saw a lot of bad reviews and was hesitant to even try this place. But I like to give places the benefit of the doubt. But there is a reason why this place has such horrible reviews. I honestly doubt they will be in business much longer, but if they are again I would avoid eating here.

Not sure why the rating is so low in this restaurant… the food was very Good. We got dumplings both shrimp and pork for appetizers and both were good. We ordered miso soup , chicken fried rice, Singapore noodles and Szechuan chicken and every thing was very tasty and flavorful. Service was quick. Overall great experience. The hot sauce was very yummy!!

this place was fantastic. there was something for everyone in the family and we are pesca- vegetarian do we didn’t even have access to the whole menu. the general tso tofu was amazing,as was the miso soup, the sushi was great and fresh, and the veggie fried rice was great. i had a poke bowl, it was ok. the service was really nice. the water was really friendly and accommodating.

Food was so tasty!!! They have a huge menu with a lot of options for different tastes. Server was friendly and service was quick. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. Not to mention the decor inside is stunning!

Ate here with 7 adults and 3 children. There was one couple eating as we arrived. There was 1 waitress and 1 sushi chef, and not sure anyone was in the back. We arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Our meal arrived in stages as we all ordered sushi. I began my meal at 2:50. After reviewing the other comments, I must agree that there is a wait, so if you are in a HURRY this place is NOT for you. My sushi was outstanding and everyone agreed theirs was very tasty. Some had fried rice which they also enjoyed. The waitress seemed to be perspiring because she moved the fan back in her direction after I moved it away as we came in after getting wet from a passing storm. It is a cute little restaurant. Note: only 1 women’s toilet currently working. The only reason not 5 stars, the time it took to get our food, being the only customers in the place, but they are looking to HIRE help.

If you’re looking for Japanese or Chinese cuisine in lake placid this is your place! The atmosphere is a quiet respite from the busy Main Street buzz. Our group ordered the dragon roll, saranac roll, lake placid roll and miso soup from the Japanese menu (all delicious) and the lo main and shrimp fried rice from the Chinese menu— highly reccomend! We also got an order of egg rolls and shrimp dumplings for the table. Food came quickly and service was great! The sauces are especially good. Please ignore the hateful and false reviews on this page and give this restaurant the chance it deserves!
