I first went to Mitsubishi because I was craving poke bowl I got from NYC. The customized bowl is filling and affordable ($13 before tax). The bubble tea is also good. I didn’t like the ramen, broth was a bit bland for me. I haven’t tried other foods. I’ve always been able to pick up in a reasonable time minus that one time I think they had $200 order before me. That one took them 30 mins to get to my order, but I don’t blame them. Good business is steadily busy. Will try other foods if I feel adventurous enough.

Great customer service and friendly staff, they felt like my old friends! The buns were fluffy and moist and the chicken was fried well. The veggies were crisp. Perfect food to eat to beat the cold weather. Love going here! Thank you for the great food and experience.

I was really interested in trying ramen that wasn’t microwaved in a styrofoam container. My daughter and I went together and we both ordered two different things. She took one bite of hers and threw it away and I didn’t like mine much either! I’ve never had it before so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I didn’t like it and I love ramen!

I like Mitsuba, I love the bubble tea. The Taro bubble and lychee green tea are always perfectly made. Beef Ramen was good too, the KFC buns are by far the best thing on the menu. Perfect buns and fried chicken fried to a golden perfection.

Mitsuba is a Japanese Ramen Noodle restaurant with two locations in New York. They offer noodle bowls, poke bowls and bubble teas. Their atmosphere is very nice, inviting and modern. Service is counter service and they give you a buzzer to pick up your food at the counter when it’s ready and you put your dishes in a bin near the entrance when you’re finished if you eat inside. Service was fine at the counter and they actually brought our food to us at our table without having to get it ourselves so that was nice. The food was good but I was having a issue with the flavor with most things which was a bit disappointing. Overall, I would recommend you to try this place once to see if it’s your jam but not something I would be rushing to tell my friends about.

My husband and I were headed up to Syracuse to visit my stepson at LeMoyne and scouted out restaurants before we arrived. Mitsuba Ramen Noodle came up with great reviews and we’re always looking for good ramen. The food and the service were excellent! We got pork buns for the table…so yummy and the cucumber added perfect complementary flavor and texture to the meat. My husband and stepson got Tonkotsu Ramen w/Black Garlic Oil and I got the Sapporo Miso Ramen. The ramen were all delicious but I think my Miso broth stole the show. The eggs in the ramen soaked up so much flavor from the oils and broths and were a real highlight. They were out of Rose Milk Tea but the Coconut Milk Tea was good and they added a lot of tapioca pearls which was a bonus for me. The guys both had Passion Fruit Tea and it had great flavor too. Overall an awesome lunch and bonus that it is a mile and a half from the college…walking distance!

The the broth tasted stale like it was yesterday’s broth the eggs tasted old. The noodles was amazing that was the only plus but who chars their pork in ramen. Dude it leaves a burnt taste in the soup. And the lady at the front counter I had to ask her to get off the phone to take my order after waiting 5 mins

My first two visits were good. I ordered the Hawaiian burrito both times. This last time I ordered the same burrito and the KFC buns. The chicken in the buns was like shoe leather. All dark meat and very tough. I probably threw out 80% of the meat after not being able to chew it.

Food was actually really good, I got the kfc buns, tokyo shouyo ramen and a passion fruit slush. And it was actually really good, my usual go to spot is poke noodle in destiny but this was about the same, and cheaper. I will be returning! Wish they had better music playing but other than that it was great!

The KFC steamed bun was delicious and we will definitely order again. The beef ramen was very tasty and the meat was so tender. The pork belly steamed bun was delicious and well seasoned but the pork belly wasn’t tender all the way through so we had to cut it and pull.it apart before we could eat it. Only a minor critique otherwise we will definitely back.
