If you want Peruvian Japanese fusion food I recommend this place. Cooks are from Peruvian origins so the taste is authentic. I tried ACEVICHADO MAKI it is a sushi roll Peruvian ceviche style. Their Maki Causa taste delicious. Their mixed Jalea was great especially because they served it with salsa tártara (tartar sauce) it not Jalea if it doesn’t have tartar sauce. My friends order Shoyu Ramen the taste was great with a touch of that Peruvian Japanese fusion.. The traditional Peruvian Ceviche with their own touch great taste as well. The Pollo a la Brasa was ok but to their defense they don’t specialize on Pollo la Brasa even though they have an authentic brasera oven brought from Peru. But their Peruvian Japanese fusion cuisine is where the magic is at delightful taste.

Incredible Peruvian food I would recommend it to anyone who is craving quality Peruvian food! I’m Peruvian so I’m always looking for good Peruvian food. This is the best I’ve been to. Love the acevichado and the adopts chaufa dish (rice and chicken dish). The food is fresh! I was so nervous but the fish was buttery and delicious. The flavors were incredible. We ordered two sushi rolls and one rice dish to share. It was perfect amount.

Hit and miss for my sister and I. Maybe we didn’t order the right items on the menu. The steak for both our dishes were flavourful and delicious. My sister said even the rice had a good flavour to it!
