I absolutely love this place! My family and I ran a Japanese restaurant with the exact same taste of food as Miyabi’s! The steak, shrimp, chicken, honestly everything is 100% on point! I’ve tried everything in here! I’ve seen a couple reviews complaining about the broccoli not being cooked well done and that drives me insane. The broc is like my favorite part! You are not supposed to get STEWED BROCCOLI (THE KIND PEOPLE EAT WITH CHEESE, YUCK) it’s supposed to have a little crunch! I have raved about this place to everyone.

Every now and again I crave their teriyaki chicken bowl so that’s usually what I get. Sometimes I’ll get a california roll as well. I’m not a big fan of their shrimp or other sushi but their teriyaki chicken and California roll are pretty good.

The atmosphere was bright, cheerful, and clean. The employees were polite and helpful. The teriyaki chicken I ordered was overcooked and dry. I may return to try out a beef dish next time.

The staff was rude, the order was wrong, when you tell them they get an attitude. The last time I went, same thing happened, they got the order wrong and was missing the veggies I asked for. They tooled the plate back and threw the veggies on top of the already burnt fish, and returned it to me. It looked like dog food and that’s exactly how I felt I was treated, like a dog! This is constant when certain staff are there. But this was the last straw. I’m never going back!

Food is pretty good tasting, but the customer service is left to be desired. I ordered my food and it came out wrong. After bringing it to their attention. They then blamed me and then wanted to upcharge me for their mistake! After telling them to forget it, and another customer telling them to make it right. They then explained to me to make sure I am ordering right.

Food is amazing. There is a wait but this place is new and in a really busy location. I wouldn’t recommend going during lunch hour if your in a rush. Customer service is polite and friendly. Food was fresh and prepared really well. Go and be your own judge.

Ordered habachi steak and teriyaki chicken with noodles.. worst $40 ever spent on food. The noddles were tiny spaghetti noodles that tasted like they poured steak sauce on it. And the teriyaki chicken tasted nothing like what it’s supposed to. I adore Japanese teriyaki chicken and noodles and rarely find a place that doesn’t satisfy… but this was absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could somehow get my money back.

Over priced! Considering the quality of the food and the fact that it is basically a self serve restaurant. Unbelievably, when you pay up front for the food they ask you for a tips B4 you taste it. How crazy is that. You eat out of a styrofoam box with plastic utensils. Food gave me diarrhea for 3 days!

The front where you order has grime. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The table was incredibly sticky, and while waiting for our food, THREE ROACHES crawled on our table. Immediately got a refund.

Throwing the broccoli away again because it is too hard. I specifically asked for it to be cooked longer because it’s always too hard. The female who took my order was extremely dismissive and said she would just tell them to put light soy sauce and lemon on it because that’s what makes it hard. I knew it would be jacked up and it is. I’ll just go back to old faithful aka Miyami’s.
