Chef Eason has more than ten years of Japanese cuisine experience. Sushi chef Jason developed working in multiple sushi restaurants on the east coast and the most famous sushi restaurant “NOBU”
These are great learning experiences and a stepping stone to their dream of restaurant ownership. With the goal of providing delicious, healthy food within a happy, inviting environment, Chef Eason and Jason is excited to welcome everyone to Miyabi Sushi.

King Lobster Roll, Fire Island Roll, Dragon Roll, JB Roll were each uniquely amazing. Popping with flavor in each bite. The Steak Hibachi was perfectly cooked, (ordered rare) the dish contained a great portion of steak and was seasoned perfectly. The Steak and Lobster Hibachi was wonderful. Miyabi Sushi was one of the only restaurants on the beach that had Lobster as a menu item. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely and seemed to be a place that would be nice for couples looking for a quiet table with high end food and great service.

Placed a large order for the extended family while on vacation and picked it up to go. Service was attentive with good communication, asking questions about how we wanted things labeled and letting me know that it would just take a few minutes longer. They packed everything into a box to make it easier to carry, which was very helpful. The order included lots of different sushi as well as some hibachi meals, and everyone was thrilled with the freshness of the fish and the quantity of food in the hibachi meals. We were all happy and full after our meal!

Beautiful, Delicious food here. My husband brought me here on a date on a Monday and they were wonderful. We ordered a poke bowl each and they were so good, we ordered more. Two rolls and some hot sake. I cannot wait to go back. I didn’t even wait to get home before writing this review. Highly recommend. We ordered the red dragon roll and the Halloween roll, both fantastic. Best sushi I’ve had in this area and we’ve tried quite a few places.

Hey guys! I gotta tell you, I love this place. I am not writing this after my first time going. I have been on three separate occasions, having just absolutely adored each experience. With fresh ingredients, a chill atmosphere, and outstanding servers and chefs, Miyabi is easily one of my favorite sushi places in Daytona AND Ormond. While Ormond doesn’t have much by way of sushi, Daytona has Cafe Du Japon which is easily the more upscale option. I would say that Miyabi offers a more mid range experience in terms of price but delivers consistently delicious results with their food. The creativity of the chefs is also amazing, and no matter how many times you order the same thing, it will come out different every time.

We love this place! Whenever we visit Ormond we come here to eat sushi. It’s always delicious. There used to be a roll topped with lime slices that was the BEST sushi roll we’ve ever had. Unfortunately it’s not in the menu anymore. Please bring it back!

Excelente food. The girl who attends here is very attentive. The hibachi grilled dish is the best as well as any teriyaki. Very healthy and delicious food. We eat 3 times during our vacation week and we will come back next spring break!

Best sushi I’ve had? No. Cheapest sushi I’ve had? No. Best Sake I’ve had? No. Best service I’ve had? Also no. That being said, it wasn’t bad either. Will go back if even in need for a quick sushi fix.
