Tonight I left work, drove from Sumter to eat at this restaurant. I walked in at 9:00 pm the sign on the door and the website says “Closing at 10:00 pm”. Today is 3-8-23. Which is a Wednesday night. The OWNER WAS SO RUDE !!! He would even come out to talk to me. He refuse to come out. So I feel like this place do not deserve any customers because the owner don’t know how to treat them. His Name is Shawn Pham. That is the name the young lady gave me at the counter. I’m going to call the BBB to see if there can be something done. I feel like if they are going to stop taking customers at 9:00 then that should be on the DOOR and the WEBSITE. They need to change the signs and the website so people won’t be mislead because that is FALSE ADVERTISING!!! This is the restaurant in Florence at 2007W EVANS ST FLORENCE SC 29501

My party called ahead and told them it was 20 plus guess and they accepted the party. We got there and the room we were seated in was very hot and we had to ask for the air to be turned on multiple times. We sat in that room for about 30 min before the waiter even came to take our drink order. The waiter finally came to get our drink order then in comes the manager. She then says after we have been in the room we were seated in for almost 45 minutes that the hostess made a mistake and we had to move to another room. After getting to the other room it was another 15 to 20 minutes before the waiter came in to take our food orders. After asking to speak to the manager she stated she had already called the owner and he stated he was not going to do anything about how long it took for my party to be serviced. The manager even agreed that we received poor service and was very apologetic on the owners behalf. The only thing that was good was the cook Jose I commend him for his work. Other than that to the owner Shawn or Sean however you spell it you should treat your customers better because we are who keeps your business going. And to read some other reviews and see the owner has been nasty to other people is very disappointing.

Very open dining room with the cooktop tables. Always plenty of food requiring a togo box. Ordered a bottle of wine and received a glass that was likely a port glass. Hopefully that isn’t what they use when ordered by the glass.

I had an awesome meal and awesome drinks. The restaurant was full and the chefs were entertaining. My food was freshly prepared and tasted delicious. I enjoyed the Ultimate margaritas and the Hawaiian Martini. The Seafood platter had a variety of meat and the fried rice was plentiful. Will definitely be back a great family restaurant or girls night or date night restaurant.

The food had good taste however the experience was underwhelming. Hostess told us to go sit there, pointing to a table.. only one menu provided for two people even though there was a stack of menus. Worst was when they provided plastic fork and no knife for a sit down restaurant meal. Food is good and tasty but prices are higher. We are unlikely to go there again.

the only reason i left one star was because i had to leave a star to comment they took my name number said 45 minute let me sit in the parking lot then had the nerve to tell me they were closed then had the audacity to take us in sit us down and proceed to let us sit there knowing they were closed i mean literally let us sit there until all the other restaurants were closed the beyond ignorant host that caused the problem literally sat us down and clocked out and left i have never in my life been more livid not over a mistake but the way they conduct themselves when faced with a mistake not only did we not receive service they literally let us wait while all other surrounding restaurants closed so by the time we left options of dinning were slim i will be reaching out to whoever is over this facility and the owner of this is how you conduct business then you might as well just close permanently! i will make sure i single handedly let everyone know just how poor service and conduct of business was review will
