Miz Kathi put a lot of love into this food! Two friends and I stopped in for lunch and split three meals and cornbread. We got the country fried chicken, Shepards pie, chicken salad croissant a side of Mac n cheese and cornbread. The lemonade and iced tea were worth the stop alone! The food was likely the BEST I’ve had since moving to Florida and before!! This is seriously a 10 out of five stars. Do not skip this place!!!!

This was our first time eating at Miz Kathi’s and it was a great experience. From the absolutely beautiful cozy decor, including real china and tablecloths to the sweetness and friendliness of all their staff, including Madison, Paige and Ms. Tracy. Their food is absolutely delicious! Our main course left us so satisfied that unfortunately we had no room to savor one of their scrumptious looking desserts, which they make at their bakery a few doors down. This is one restaurant we will be sure to frequent next time we visit the area, and this time we will certainly leave room for dessert!

We visited Miss Kathi’s last night for the first time. We were with a large group of people and I have to say the food and service were great. Every dish that was brought out was delicious. The cornbread was some of the best I’ve had. Our servers were informative and fun. We will definitely be back.

This has been one of my best experiences in flavor thus far that is in or around the villages. . The meatloaf was sweet, not savory but a good kind of sweet, excellent flavor profile. I also enjoyed the voodoo Mac and cheese. The winner and stealer of it all was the banana pudding!!!!!! So so enjoyed it.

What a cute, quaint and friendly place. The food was awesome and made from scratch. We had the fried green tomatoes, the lemon chicken rice soup, corn bread, peach tea, cat fish and voodoo Mac and cheese. The pulled pork was so good. Not overly smoked. The cat fish was also so delicious and not fishy at all. Definitely going back! The prices are so reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. Loved loved loved it!

We stopped in for lunch as we got there a couple of hours early. We got the country fried chicken and grilled catfish with salad, cheese grits, corn chowder, and coleslaw. Love their iced tea. Have to say the service and food are excellent. We even stopped at the bakery for a couple of cookies!

We moved to Wildwood about 6 months ago. We’ve tried the restaurants that had 5 star ratings and the food was okay and came with a high bill in the end. We haven’t returned to most of them. We decided to try Miz Kathi’s today for a late lunch after a yard sale. Everything we tasted was amazing! True home cooking and everything tasted like it was made from scratch. We found our new favorite place and plan on returning as much as possible! Thank you for the great service, amazing food, and an overall wonderful experience!

What a gorgeous and tasty little place we found for lunch near Wildwood. Quaint and Southern, The Cotillion Cafe is full of antiques, including linens and china the owner collected over the years. Her story is in the cookbook found on each tastefully decorated table. She — and the menu — is Southern through and through. The Whistle Stop sandwich is a twist on the BLT; it comes with fresh fried green tomatoes on a croissant. Hubs had the meatloaf. Both were exquisite. We didn’t have to wait, but apparently you usually do. They take reservations.
