I haven’t been this disappointed since the last season of game of thrones. Paid 18 bucks for a plate and got three different kinds of meat; burnt, gristle, and fat. Most of the plate had to be tossed as it was inedible and I didn’t think there was going to be any benefit with taking the food back. I’ve been to the restaurant next to the Capitol and their quality of food is much better. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone. Their staff clearly doesn’t care about the quality of food or their customer. Best advice I could give is to stay away.

Love this place!! The food is so fresh and flavorful. I have dined inside, as well as gone through the drive thru. Either way, they are consistently wonderful meals and sides! My personal favorites are the grilled teriyaki chicken, and katsu chicken. But you can’t go wrong with any of it!

I use the app to skip the line, then usually dine in. Please make my online order like you would if I was in line. Unfortunately they got my rice wrong which was okay, then I looked under my meat and I had a tiny little corner of cabbage. Thankfully I was dinning in and went to the counter to ask for more. Which the lady helped fix my order humbly, she was fantastic. If I wasn’t dinning in I would be greatly disappointed.

This is the best place to get hawaiian grilled chicken! All their chicken is absolutely delicious. The pig is also very tasty. It is kind of expensive for a fast food restaurant at $15 for a regular but it is filling and worth it.

Honest experience- ordered the salad with grilled teriyaki chicken. The piece of chicken placed on top was kinda small. Not a whole lot vs the base of salad- which was made up of a basic garden salad. Not impressed & steep for the price, wasn’t fresh.

First time eating here. I was in town to attend a conference and a group of collegues recommended this dining establishment. I ended up ordering the “mini”, which by the way is quite a bit of food for the price. I enjoyed the Katsu Chicken and Teriyaki Steak choices along with the standard sides of white rice, macaroni salad, and shreded cabbage. Both the chicken and steak were quite good. I was full by the time I finished eating my meal.

I ate the steak and shrimp tempura, with macaroni salad, Brown Rice and cabbage and my wife had the pork and shrimp tempura, white rice, macaroni salad and cabbage! The pork was outstanding, we both loved it. Brown rice and macaroni salad was delicious also! Shrimp Tempura was delicious also. The juice we drank was orange, guava and passion fruit! Delicious!

I had the teriyaki chicken, teriyaki steak, chicken katsu, and the kalua pig. The mac salad was really bland. The teriyaki chicken was burnt too much. But the teriyaki steak and chicken katsu were good. I usually get chicken katsu, so the quality of the katsu brought up the overall quality of the meal. Ono’s still better
