No matter the location, Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food is delicious! We usually opt for the 2 meat choice (steak and chicken). It is generally served with sticky rice and potato salad. Their Teriyaki Sauce is our favorite! I use it whenever preparing teriyaki at home. The staff is generally friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing. Each store has a dining room that is casual, and looks like a surf shop with tall tables or regular. The stores are clean and would be great for date nights, family nights and company pic-nics. We’ve used their catering services for a successful rehearsal dinner. Always delicious!

We’re from out of town and decided to try a restaurant that served Hawaiian food and did a Google search and found Mo’ Bettahs Hawaiian Style. This was the first Hawaiian restaurant had ever been to and I loved it. I got the mini and it was plenty of food for me. The two proteins that Ingot were Kahla pig and teriyaki chicken and both were tender and flavorful.

Love love love this place the food is so good, served fast with reasonable prices. They’re BBQ-ing the meats in front of you so pretty sure it is fresh, absolutely get the mac, with 2 scoops of rice next time and got teriyaki chicken and the puleho chicken yumyum.

For $20 youd think the food would be a lot more fresh. When they first came to Layton, the wife and I were going there almost every single day because we loved it so much. The food was very juicy. Tender had a great value. Now that same food is always very dry. Clearly put under a heat lamp for hours. McDonald’s meat is better than theirs. Strictly because it’s generally more fresh and not like jerky. After their initial promotional. When quality control took a nose dive. We went there a few more times suffering through the terrible quality before giving up. Went there today for the first time in years hoping it would be better. Even went during the lunch, rush, win food is usually more fresh. yet again disappointed. I would say the highlight of the meal was the macaroni salad. I love their macaroni salad, but the meat is like dry leather. I really hope that corporate comes in and does some quality control there. It’s definitely ironic that this is one of those places that credit card transactions asked for a tip for their employees. Sorry but I can’t justify tipping somebody for $20 of food that is in this condition.

Delicious flavorful food, tender meat, generous portions. Fluffy Mac salad is a fave, and the staff was very welcoming, and I love the fun tropical atmosphere. I took my brother here for his birthday, we will definitely be coming to this location again. I love the one in Bountiful, so I wanted to see how it compared, and I was just as happy with both locations. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the comfort food.

Wow …flavor explosion in my mouth. Oh the Mac Salad, Rice, Steak and Pork are the best. Love all three types of chicken also. Clean store. Friendly employees that seem happy to help you. Easy access from the street with good parking. Ordered online and it was ready at pickup time. Super easy.

I eat here at least 2-3 times a week. The plate I got today was horrible my chicken was cold and the rice and mac salad was on the small scoop side. It’s been like this for a couple weeks now. If I’m spending 14.93 each time my chicken needs to be hot and give me the correct sz of rice and mac salad please. When I go end people be having an attitude. All I want is food no personality problems.
