If I say I will pickup order in 15 min, do not leave the coffee cup face up, with all the customers coming to the order desk. Do not touch the inside of the coffee cup with your fingers. If I ask for new coffee cup, do not say no and offer me a plastic cup after what happened. If my coffee cup is new, and uncontaminated sitting face up for 15 min like you think, then there should be no problem exchanging the cup. Pretty simple, right.

Just left the Wild Creek Mall location in Bethlehem, PA and had the most horrible experience! Gerson, the cashier who was working, displayed the most disgusting and unprofessional manner towards my boyfriend and I. He was rude, combative and behaved like a street hoodlum! I ended up not even ordering anything but my boyfriend’s food was not even worth it. My boyfriend was complaining about him and he told him to shut up and dared him to a fight! This was the most unprofessional person I have encountered in a long time. Customer service is something innate and not taught! This employee is a shame to the establishment and should not be working in customer service.

The service is the slowest I’ve ever seen. If there is a lot of people you will wait a very long time. 30 minutes if your lucky. Even when crowd is low, still takes excessive time. You should have hamburgers, fries, onion rings etc made and kept warm instead of putting these items on only when an order is taken. With all the people you have working ,this is why wait time is so bad.

Burger was completely average. This is not good considering it cost $13 and was worse than a Wendy’s burger. A water bottle was also overpriced at $3. I also waited a long time for it, not sure why it took so long to prepare. I would avoid this place unless you are desperate.
