On a road trip with four teenagers. It’s really hard to find a place where everyone loves the mwnu and food. We found it in Mo’s! Our party ordered bowls, burritos, and quesadillas. Drove into town for dinner while staying at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and was not disappointed. The chips were very fresh and had substance, and the queso was nice and creamy. Salad bowl with chicken and steak burrito were both tastey. I would visit all the time if I lived in Salida.

Super unfriendly staff. We drove from Colorado Springs because we heard it was really good. It was not. The angry looking girl in the Slipnot shirt who couldn’t be bothered to even greet us should have warned us to leave. I was hungry so we tried it, it wasn’t busy at all but they ran out of cheese and took forever to get more. Just a total lack of caring on their part. Definitely wasn’t worth the drive.

Came in for the first time today. Food was honestly really good. I was impressed. Like Chipotle, but better options for toppings and sauces. That’s huge for me. Why not 5 stars? I know we came in at a weird time, but the atmosphere was absolutely dead. No real welcome into the restaurant by the workers (even though we were the only customers). I think they were upset we interrupted their chance to sit on the curb outside. Will always give a 2nd chance, so I look forward to next time.
