Canadian in town visiting family and decided to go for some southern fried chicken. Mo P’s was highly rated and we’re glad we gave it a try! They cook the food fresh to order and accordingly you can expect piping hot, juicy, tender, and flavourful fried chicken! It was the best fried chicken we’ve had and got a double thumbs up from my son. We ordered the 3 piece chicken dinner, mash potatoes, mac n cheese, fries, collard greens, candied yams and sweet potato pie. Everything was delicious! The lady that served was very kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely come back next time we’re in town!

I had a feeling their food would taste good; you can literally smell fresh food from outside the building. Mo P’s did not disappoint! Received everything off the grill. Took 15 mins (they informed me prior to cooking) and was worth the wait. I also love the atmosphere. It has such a nostalgic, classic vibe filled with great employees. Hope they keep up the awesome work!!! I’ll be returning!!!

Got a two piece chicken meal with Mac and cheese, onion rings, and cornbread. The chicken was super fresh, crispy, and juicy. It was so hot even 8 minutes after I picked up my order that it almost burned my mouth. The Mac and cheese was high quality and seasoned well and the onion rings were just the right amount of crispy. Will come again next time I’m in the area.

I was craving fried catfish, and I went to the right place. The food was soo good. The person who gave me my order was so kind and passionate. I will definitely be back for more fish and can’t wait to try the chicken. It’s so nice to find a southern style fish and chicken place around here also (I’m from the south).
