This place never has many people in it. Their fish portions used to be larger. The price is exorbitant considering the size of the fish. The onion rings aren’t as good either. The customer service is very good though. They are always nice and fast.

I reached out to this establishment to speak with the manager about a large order. I simply wanted to see if they were capable to handle an order for an entire office and what would the wait time would be. The black chick that answered the phone told me she was getting the manager and hung up on me. I called back 5 times and no one answered the phone again. If their customer service was that unprofessional, no need to try the food. We’ll prepare for lent elsewhere.

Staff was friendly, but restaurant definitely had that cheap fast food feel. The food was ok, but for $15 I guess I expected more than fish paddies that appeared to come out of a box from the frozen food isle of your local grocery store. Again, the food was cooked well, staff was friendly, but by design, the food just had that ultra processed quality.

The food is always good. The customer service is non existent. Me and my husband walked in, we where never greeted and the girl behind the counter just stared at us like we’re putting her out because she had to do her job. As much as they charge for fish, you would at least expect “ok” customer service.

Messed my order up. Forgot my fries and I substituted half order of onion rings for Cole slaw. Got home and spent and o ly had 4 onion rings and 2 fish nuggets for 14$…. I like the food. Fish is delicious. But I won’t be going back. The portions do not equal the price even when they get my order correct. Sad. Ive been a customer for years and years.

Just watched the cook wipe his gloved hands on a wet, dirty towel and then reach into a bag of bread to make my sandwich. I requested that they cancel my order and refund my money. The cashier struggled to understand how to refund my money. Needless to say I won’t be returning.
