I suggest providing training to your front staff to double check orders placed over the phone. During my recent call to place an order, I encountered difficulty communicating with the person who answered the phone. It appeared that the employees at the restaurant do not not speak much English. The person did not repeat my order to confirm its accuracy. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff member kept asking for my name, which he had obtained from caller ID, causing confusion since I had no idea what he was saying. Unfortunately, there was an error with my order, as I requested meat over salad but received it over rice instead. The staff member appeared frustrated and even angry. To make matters worse, when he couldn’t locate my order, he accused me of calling the wrong location. Although the food was decent, the prices have increased while portions have become smaller. I’d go somewhere else or cook at home instead.

Wherever we are in the NOVA area we always look for Moby as our first choice. We’ve probably eaten at almost all of them but this Sterling location is by far our favorite. We are regulars here because of their succulent kabob and fluffy rice. The people that work here, especially Farhad has a smile on his face at all tines! We love this location!
