I get that it’s a hotel restaurant, but the service is terrible. Waited 15 minutes for my order, then they didn’t bring me the drink I ordered because the bottle was “at the back and they didn’t want to go get it.” It took over an hour to get a wrap and slaw, and when I took a bite of the coleslaw I almost heaved. It was pretty much pure mayo. The wrap wasn’t much better.

The breakfast was awful. We got the breakfast buffet. Spent 15 or 18 bucks a person….. the French toast was burnt, eggs over cooked, and the buffet was not worth it at all.

Not amazing… We got a pizza (missing some flavor but cooked well) and a hamburger (that was nothing special). We dine in and everything was in to go containers and it took longer to get to us, the waitress was friendly but the service wasn’t great. And we got a dessert (apple pie a la mode)… It was half hot half cold…. And the ice cream came in a separate container (again we dine in)

As a hotel restaurant in a mid-range property, Moce was a disappointment. Prices are high for the quality of the food and service is slower than it should be. It features a nice bar, but the bartender didn’t really know how to make simple drinks on the evening we visited. This location has potential, but we expected more.

We all ordered the 17.00 hamburger and fries. We all asked for medium well burgers. What we got was almost red/pink middle. The fries were well done and dark dark brown. The waiters that were working here couldn’t have been less friendly. The expressionless look on their faces told me that they looked miserable to be there. After a while, a female came out to ask how everything was. We were too afraid to tell her that everything sucked because we were staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located. My Sister in law ordered rootbeer, and they brought her diet coke. This was a lousy meal that cost 70 bucks with tip. I’m so glad that I will never ever have to eat there for the rest of my life. I’m sure that in this economy, that’s the best it will ever be. We got the level of service that was equal with their pay and food cooking skills. So disappointing.

Extremely disappointed. I never received the drink I ordered. I waited over an hour just for my appetizer and entree to come out at the same time. The chicken was tough, cold and definitely not worth the price. I’m usually extremely patient about service but I waited forever just to get an incorrect bill. Then I had to chase down the manager to pay it because the bartender was too busy texting to cash me out. Don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered the $13 Spaghetti and meatballs. I got perhaps 1 oz of spaghetti, enough sauce and 4 1/2 oz Walmart meatballs served on a piece of non-waxed paper in a styrofoam go box. Not a good impression!!! See photos

We stay at Holiday Inn the night before my Cleveland Clinic appointments. We always get the fish and onion rings but last night they had a walleye special that was out of this world. It came with zucchini and carrots, Brussel sprouts with bacon and feta, mashed potatoes, dinner roll or cornbread and a huge salad. Our server, at the bar, is always amazing!!! We always look forward to seeing him. Please consider more of these dinner specials.
