“Spicy Chicken Sandwich” was strange and inedible. The two piece chicken meal had a sauce with a nice flavor but the chicken itself was questionable…but they earned the official 1 star review when I put a forkful of the macaroni in my mouth and it was COMPLETELY RANCID. I immediately started to gag and nearly vomited.

Wait was 20 minutes longer than the pick up time when ordered online. The spicy chicken sandwich was also raw in the middle as shown in the picture. I understand this place uses red meat, but I can tell a raw piece of chicken from a cooked one. Overall terrible experience.

Consistency might be an issue but I’m sure its an issue with most restaurants, sad to hear others have had negative experiences as I’ve almost always found their food to be amazing, and for that price no one should complain. On average that is the best fried chicken I would choose to eat before any of the big name fried chicken places. Only runner up to Chik File in my books 😀 the plastic packaging for the steaming hot food seems like an easy fix, why not cardboard? I did once get “too much” chicken and the plates were all stuck (melted) together.

I don’t know what all these people are talking about, best chicken I’ve ever had by far. Everything had flavor from the inside of the chicken, the breeding, to the sauce they put on the chicken. Only bad thing about this place is I can’t find it in person. But either way I’m not disappointed in the quality.

The Mochiko chicken was soo delicious with the sweet miso glaze and gochujang mayo was so delicious. We got a 4 pack plate (to split between 2 people) and we a whole piece of leftover chicken. Food was ready within 25 minutes and chicken stayed very crispy even after a 25 minute ride home. Pickup was super easy at the counter.
