This place was absolutely packed today. Every single worker should be given an award for their composure today. Each worker was working very hard and diligently. The only issue was they were at the mercy of their oven. Alot of customers were upset and walking out. It’s gotta be a tough feeling for a hard worker to get yelled at for something that’s out of their control. I just wanted to leave some positive words for the employees. As they were doing a wonderful job.

Very disappointed with the level of service and lack of care. This is the reason I am writing a review. My husband and I stopped here on our way home from a road trip. It is our usual go to as on a Sunday evening, it is sometimes hard to find vegan options. I came in to pick our pizza’s that should have been ready as it was over 30 minutes. The woman stated she was still waiting on one of the pizza’s. Total disregard of me or when it would be done. Then when she took it out of the oven she threw it on the counter in the box and it fell over with all the toppings. All she did was look at me and said “Yeah, your pizza’s toppings all came off” I said “Okay and…” Just a blank stare. No response as to if they would be making another pizza. I walked out then my husband went in to pick up our order. We are both beyond easy going but this type of service shouldn’t even receive tips. Especially for take out. We love Mod but is it so hard to find people who actually care?

Ordered 2 cauliflower medium crust pizzas one with sausage and spinach and one with black olives. It was delicious. Nice and crispy and hot and thin just the way I like it. Service is fast and friendly. You can get as many toppings as you like no extra charge.

Mod Pizza is almost like a Subway. Instead of Hogies it is personal pizza pies. So many options so many choices. You can mix and match. The pizzas are made in an oven that uses fire. Highly recommend.

The manager on duty has a poor attitude. I simply asked for another ranch because the one that was given to was old. She got an attitude and started arguing with me over ranch. What the… I had to sit and actually watch her cook my pizza so she would not do anything to it. I would never go back there again.

The pizza was tasty, but rather skimpy for the price. Depends on what you like or expect. Very thin crust, the toppings were scattered and minimal. A bit too noisy in there for us. Metal chairs, lot of hard surfaces, music too loud…all sounds reflect and nothing to tone it down a bit. We did an eat-n-run lunch.

Fresh and made to order personal pizza at its best. We ordered the MOD pizza with sauce, extra cheese, basil, oregano, salt and pepper with a bottled coke. Crispy burnt pizza bottom adds to the great taste of this pizza. Service is always pleasant at this location.
