This was my first time at mod pizza. There was no guide on how to order, so we went in a little uneasy about how things worked. However, the pizza itself was delicious. They had so many options for sauces, toppings, finishers- a list would have been nice instead of having to figure it out when you get to the counter.

Gluten free crust was good but the toppings are sparce! That was supposed to be extra ground beef on the meat lover version! I added spinach to mine but couldn’t find any and only 2 pieces of Canadian bacon! For a $20 pizza im terribly disappointed!

It’s so unfortunate to see how much the culture and expectations have changed since the store first opened. Staff looks miserable, store is never clean, they never have basil lol and if you ask for something they don’t have out/prepped you can guarantee no one will go out of there way to get it. I will always love MOD but the experience I’ve had at the Frederick location the last 8 of 10 visits is sad. Definitely not what the “MOD” way used to be.
