I visited MOD Pizza today around 3:30 PM and ordered two pizzas. I informed the staff that I’d be back to collect them at 4:00 PM. To my surprise, upon my return, my order hadn’t even been placed in the oven. The staff member mentioned he was the only one on duty, had other customers, and was uncertain about my return time. I understood, but stressed the importance of a well-cooked pizza rather than a rushed one.

This was my family’s first visit to this particular MOD Pizza location and I have to say, we were disappointed. My daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday meal because she loves MOD Pizza and was looking forward to her meal. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of her favorite topping: basil. Although the staff was very apologetic about it, it didn’t change the fact that she was not able to get basil on her pizza.

We like the pizza. It has a crispy, thin crust, and the sauce is nicely flavored. The salads are good but overpriced imo. The seating area is fine but could be cleaned up more often, need to keep the area where you fill your sodas and get your plastic forks clean and stocked, but like I said the food is good and it’s our go to for pizza right now.

I love the MOD Pizza because i can create my own pizza. I had lunch there and had the cauliflower crust with all toppings that I like. I will go back and buy the pizza again! Its expensive, but its worth it.

Came here to pick up a quick dinner, it was only 8:45 pm and there were literally only 3 toppings left and the girl said we are about to close that’s why when they close at 10 pm not 9pm. The employee was very cold and gave me blank looks the entire time because I asked for green peppers and basically telling me to see like we don’t have any green peppers. Paid full price for something that was incomplete. Disappointing! Not sure if they didn’t want to cut more toppings :/

One pizza was ordered at 12:20p and was supposed to be done at 12:40p not 12:50p meanwhile people in line are getting their orders while 3 of us wait for ours and more orders keep rolling out. I will never visit this mod pizza again ever. Thanks for the awesome experience.

Pretty dirty store. Everyone was not wearing gloves, either. Seemed like it was a bunch of teenagers working. There were at least 4 or 5. Things were out of stock and seemed like they would all rather just talk to each other than give good customer service. They were loud, too. I have been to other Mods before and this one wasn’t appealing at all. Won’t be returning.

Fairfax location. Staff aren’t particularly polite…last visit one server said ‘huh’ to me….maybe because a lot of high school students seem to hangout here. But the pizza is above average so I come back every few weeks and deal with the low key arrogance.
