Pizza maker didn’t change her gloves in between preparing pizza’s. She acted frustrated when I asked her to do so. Manger however stepped in and fixed the problem and offered me free pizza which I declined his offer. Make your own pizza is awsome..pizza was good and the cashier was polite.

Order was cold, crust was soggy, outer edge burnt and order wasn’t ready when stated and when it was ready they made the order and had to make it again. The application charged my credit card 2 times and after the nearly 60 minute wait the food was cold, crust was soggy and some burnt and food looked sloppy. Ordered 3 different style pizzas.

Somehow the order got lost with their online system, so when I showed up, no pizza ready. But the manager did an excellent job of quickly baking up all 4 pizzas from my order using my order confirmation. I even showed the credit card charge and confirmation which was for a pick up later in the day. Excellent management, friendly staff, and they saved the day! Thanks guys, we will be back!

The pizza is prepared with an assortment of fresh toppings to choose from. I ordered a plain cheese pizza since this was my first time trying and it was DELICIOUS!!!! FYI they don’t sell wings but they have a nice selection of salads…I highly suggest the berry lemonade (thank me later)…the restaurant itself is very funky and chic and the staff was very courteous…My only complaint is that most of the tables weren’t cleaned and the restaurant was practically empty.

After 4 visits to this store, 1st questionable experience. Got home to notice both pies didn’t get drizzle or swirl and cauliflower crust was burnt. Came back and was told they’ll give me pesto for one at home and remade cauliflower one, didn’t seem excited to remake it but maybe I misjudged. After receiving pie, Mgr did mention I could request pie lightly cooked in future. Still my favorite location tho.

I love my local Mod Pizza. I eat there a lot because of the service I get from the ones who have been there since I started visiting and the new employees who are new to this store. My family and I also love the pizza and salads we purchase. It is always a great experience.

From the moment you hit the door, you are greeted with a friendly hello and excellent customer service that only accents the fantastic food. Vegan cheese? Indeed, and go ahead and load up your pizza with all the veggies your belly can handle! The restaurant is kept clean, the food is hot and delicious, and the employees are helpful and considerate. A recycle center for your trash and the use of straws that are made from plant materials takes this place to the top of my favorites list.

They are very nice people and the pizza is great. It’s worth the wait in line! Once you get your order in, it comes out quick! They need more staff because the dining area is dirty and the trash was completely full. I don’t think they have enough employees though.

The staff here is absolutely useless. They can’t even go through an order and prepare a pizza with the correct toppings. It has happened 2 times in a row when they prepared my pizza with the wrong toppings. I have even seen them handle the pizzas without wearing any gloves – so disgusting!! Also, too many workers here it seems and there is communication gap amongst them. Some of these useless staff need to be fired.

Stopped by today since we heard it opened. Pizza was very good, service was very friendly, and it was quick…like most others with this concept. Great selection of toppings, wish they had a spicy red sauce.
