I love the pizza and for the price, I load up with vegetables. Awesome for vegans. Service is the only part that makes me hesitant coming back each time. I’ve gotten poor spreading of the toppings where it was solely in the center and didn’t want to say anything because I figured the person started his first job and didn’t want him to feel discouraged.

Since this was our first time here we ordered three different pizzas to taste test. First, we ordered the Maddy Pizza with pepperoni and salami. A cheesy pizza meets flavorful meats that make this pizza taste even better. Second, we ordered the Dillon James which is a Margherita Pizza. The fresh tomatoes were perfectly cooked and sweet, and paired with the flavorful red sauce and cheese made this pizza a favorite. Third and final, we ordered the Calexico Pizza which was a spicy buffalo chicken pizza. This pizza had the perfect balance of chicken, shredded cheese, jalapenos, Gorgonzola cheese and red sauce. No one ingredient overpowered the other which helped make this a great pizza. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

Excellent food, everything fresh, made to order, cooked properly, friendly staff, very clean, comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We went as a group of 6 and had ALL our pizzas in record time! I love that you can get as many different toppings as you want for no extra charge…so many options for the sauce, cheeses, toppings, and other add-ons….oh yea, and salad options for those who are watching their carbs!

Worst experience – absolutely will not be back. We had to wait over 20 minutes to even have our order taken and there were only two people in front of us. The manager kept thanking us for waiting while she was working on to go orders, not helping the people actually in front of her. Finally she got another employee to help who was nice enough but the peppers were spoiled and they only filled up a pizza salad less than halfway full. The tea pitchers were disgusting, clearly stained and we had to pour out the tea because it was so bad. They probably haven’t been cleaned in weeks. When my fiancé asked for dressing for his salad, the guy with the long hair and glasses said, “Come back to me when your pizza’s done.” My fiancé showed him the salad and he said, “Oh” and fixed the dressing. When I asked for dressing for my pizza, I was lucky to get it at all with his attitude. And he was on his phone most of the time, while handling the pizzas coming out of the oven. Just incompetent people who clearly don’t keep the place up, with gross results. Do yourself a favor and go out to eat elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

I love MOD but this location is awful. Poor customer service. Dirty. Tea dispensers are disgusting. Tea tastes old and spoiled. Roasted peppers, usually one of my favorite toppings, were soured as well. And SLOW. Will not return to this location. Glad we have one closer to home in Charlotte that is actually good. Would NOT recommend this location at all.

Silly pizza place think they are Chicfila! Lol. I could not believe his AMAZING their customer service was and delicious the pizza was!! I don’t usually tip at a pizza joint but they deserved it! I wish all of the MOD locations was like this. Everything was perfect AND quick. I liked it better than Blaze pizza – game changer y’all!!!!
