MOD Pizza: MOD Pizza is relatively new to the area and had been recommended to me by a number of people. The premise of the restaurant is that you can create/modify your own personal pizza with any of their toppings for the same cost. The pizza is also cooked rather quickly (as it’s very thin crust), so it’s almost like fast food. A similar set-up to Subway can be found when entering the restaurant, where one instructs the employee on the other side of the counter what ingredients/toppings to add to their custom pizza. My creation had an Alfredo sauce base, mushrooms, onions, Canadian bacon, Mozzarella cheese, and Asiago cheese. Overall, I was pleased with the way it tasted. I would go back at some point but wouldn’t rush back because of the pricing and I personally prefer a thicker crust. It’s about $10 for your personal pizza, which isn’t egregious, but I can get larger pies at some of my other go to pizza parlors for around that price. The restaurant was clean, the employees were friendly, and it is appreciated that they offer a wide variety of customizations. It’s worth checking out if you’re near one, but not necessarily a place I would go out of my way to get.

This was my first time. I told one of the employees but I didn’t really get any extra help besides the dough. The toppings weren’t labeled so I wasn’t sure what everything was. It took about 25 minutes because it was a decent amount of people. The employees had decent customer service skills. The pizza was okay, a little greesy.

My daughter and I just arrived at 9:15 pm to order to go. This store is open until 10:00 pm. All of the chairs were up already. The two ladies working there did not greet us and the young lady working there gave us a dirty look and just keep working on a pizza she was already making. When she did make eye contact with me again I said, “Hi.” She just rolled her eyes and finished that pizza and then began working on another pizza, very slowly. We waited several more minutes. We ended up walking out without ordering. I think that was very rude behavior on behalf of the workers. They were still open for 45 more minutes. If they were backed up with to go orders or door dash orders, they could have politely said so. Very unprofessional.

Simply put, this has to be the best pizza you can get around here. The customer service is pretty good too. It’s a definite must if you’re looking for fresh pizza in the Oak Creek area. The restaurant is nice and modern inside and offers plenty of seating, even for large groups. The rewards program is pretty nice as well.

First time ordering from here and it will be the last. I have have had good pizza this is not it. The pizza tasted old and reheated. I door dashed it so I’m assuming it came from oak Creek Wisconsin location since that’s the closest. Lol just terrible food don’t know what else to say

Seems like the employees turn over every week. Management is absent. Everyone has a bad attitude. I often hear employees talking about how much they hate working there. The pizza is always different depending on who is working that day. My online order said it would be ready at 5:21pm. Still sitting here at 5:45. No end in sight.

Very busy, lots of online orders bring done while in store customers wait for a long time. The pizzas were coming out of the oven and put straight into boxes without any offering of the topping sauces. After asking, hardly any was added. Good ingredients, subpar customer service.

Had the cauliflower crust for the first time because i am being calorie conscious, and I am now a huge fan. Also, the wonderful woman baking my pizza was very kind when I arrived a little early for my food.

Hands down, one of the worst salads we’ve ever seen! Someone seriously had to fill this bowl with poor quality lettuce and think “yeah, it’s probably ok”. Half was completely inedible with brown lettuce and deteriorating leaves.
