If I was rating on customer service it would be 1 star, but the pizza is a 5 star. All The employees at the front had an attitude. I stood there waiting to order as they pulled 10 or 11 slips for take out orders as they made ALL of those pizzas. And NEVER once did anyone greet me or explain the process. Not once did anyone smile or make eye contact with me. Horrible customer service. Probably won’t go back because of this.

Terrible atmosphere, zero service. We stood right in front of them ready to order and they completely ignored us. Same with paying. We stood there right in front of our pizzas by the register. The dude also ignored us. He had to be reminded by the other person who previously ignored us that we still need to pay. As he finally turned his attention to us, he asked us what we had ordered. Nothing was written down or noted anywhere. No receipt. Also, they didn’t change their gloves between customers. My husband who is allergic to mushrooms decided to not eat anything after observing them for a while.

New MOD Pizza at West Towne is open now. Cheap, fast, thin crust pizza with unlimited toppings for the same price. Today I had an 11 inch with marinara sauce and mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Asiago, spinach, pepperoni, spicy sausage, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, oregano, and buffalo drizzle for under $10, and it was excellent. I also tried the garlic strips, but those are just some of their regular pizza dough cut up, so not that thrilling.

They literally take forever for carry out orders and they are horrible with Doordash orders. You will be in here waiting 20+ minutes just got a pizza and salad! SMH I don’t recommend this specific location AT ALL. On top of that the customer service is TERRIBLE!
