This place has really gone downhill. Arrived at 4:30 on a Saturday. We were the only ones there. The people making the pizzas seemed untrained and slow. Then we’re told at the register that the soda machine is down. All 4 teas are empty. There’s only beer and water. They also could not figure out how to scan my rewards code in the app. We then looked for a clean table but they were all filthy. Our pizzas finally came but were cold. Not sure I’ll be back, this was just terrible and they should probably shut this location down.

I usually enjoy this place, however my nephew ordered a cauliflower pizza because he is gluten free. The sign outside says, Super Fast. Well, a half hour later after mixing up the pizza with all the others and after sitting waiting to be cut and boxed, he finally got his pizza. Super Slow and Confusing!

Very disorganized, staff appeared overwhelmed for what appeared to be not a busy place. They have no idea who ordered what pizza or when. The beverage station was filthy. The dishes were stacked and dirty. I took pity on them and took the napkins from out of the package and put them in the dispenser while I waited for our food. I hope these guys are able to sober up and find some motivation and pride. Definitely not super fast.

Waited in line for a decent amount of time. Dough wasn’t ready, organization was minimal, there was no CO2 for drinks, no salads ready. Seemed like no manager was in the store during the dinner rush at 7. Pizzas were backed up on the counter after coming out of the oven. Heard others also complain about cold pizza as well. Not sure if they are short staffed or just not trained properly. Highly unlikely to return because of this experience.

My bf and I visited this location for the past three nights. We normally go to the wentzville location but they had their store closed.l Despite the first order being half wrong(they offered to fix and felt with it in an appropriate manner), and tonight they were slow to deliver one pizza however there was a line so it was understandable- but the manager I assume gave us a free pizza card. If you’re hungry, or want a great environment, do yourself a favor and talk to the guy with the tattoos who makes sure you enjoy your food. Such a great team! 🙂

I can’t say enough good things about this place!! One of your employees, Adam Ferguson, was so kind and helpful. My wife tends to ask a lot of questions and he answered every one she asked without getting frustrated. You don’t see that type of patience anymore. I really appreciated his hospitality and how he seemed to treat everyone. He treated my family so well that I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Every customer in the store tonight was unsatisfied. We waited a decent amount of time in line then had to wait for dough to be made because no dough was available. The Co2 wasn’t working, store unable to make salads for whatever reason, some ingredients unavailable, cold pizza, unmotivated or untrained employees and bad service. Not sure who manages this place, but they should be out here helping.
