First time at MOD Pizza and we already have plans to go back. We had no idea what we were doing, which we let the staff know so they were super patient and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly our pizzas were ready. Fun drink selection; not just fountain sodas. Plenty of seating. Clean.

Disgustingly dirty restaurant and pizza burnt to a crisp. I never leave reviews but I have to this time. I seriously don’t understand how a restaurant can be this nasty. Let’s start with the lack of cleanliness first. We would not have eaten there if we had seen the condition of the dining area before ordering. We came through the door and got straight in line so we didn’t see how gross it was until it was too late. We were one of three families eating there, tons of open tables, and yet there was not one single clean table to sit at. I had to wipe a table down myself. Parmesan cheese and trash all of the tables and floor, ice exploding out of the fountain drink area, straw wrappers, napkins, and soda spilled all over the floors and door to leave. Trash was overflowing. Everything was sticky. It was seriously disgusting. There were 5 employees just standing around chatting and not one of them was attempting to clean. Now the food… we order 5 pizzas and all 5 were sooo burnt! Not a little burnt from being cooked in the pizza oven but literally black and hard as a hockey puck. We couldn’t taste anything but burnt crust and one of them was so hard we couldn’t bite through the crust. So $70 later and it was not even edible. We went and got food somewhere else.

We went to mod Pizza today, it was my first time there. They were short staff but the staff was super friendly and efficient. Even though they had a line they were helpful and gave me recommendations on what type of pizza toppings I should choose. They engaged every customer, apologized for the wait and provided excellent customer service. We will definitely be back, can’t wait to eat my pizza. Lila and Tessa were the only two employees working and they were packed but they still provided service with a smile.

First time here, it was great. They had gluten free crust to build the pizza on, exactly as I wanted. It was very tasty pepperoni. The employees were all very friendly and knew what they were doing. Will definitely go back.

If I could leave zero stars I would, terrible experience. Nasty, we had to clean our own table, employees seem miserable and apparently don’t listen when u are ordering. One of our orders was for light sauce and no pepperoni instead we got white sauce and pepperoni, maybe if they turn that horrible loud music down they could actually here what people are asking for, total waste of money, never going back. Even my salad was gross, seriously how can u screw up a salad? Overall disgusting experience.

We decided to give MOD pizza a try one night and apparently everyone else did as well. It was very busy and looked hectic, however the staff was doing a great job. They were making and baking pizzas as fast as they could. The line moved pretty quick and the employees were very helpful in the ordering process. There are A LOT of toppings to choose from. Don’t worry, add as many as you like and pay the same price. Once through the line, the pizzas were cooked quickly and we were ready to eat. The pizzas were wonderful. The ingredients were very fresh and they even offer a gluten free pizza. I was a little afraid about the thin crust, but it was very good. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed our time there. There is also an outdoor seating area once the weather warms up a little. Great place to go as a couple or as a family. I think we just found another wonderful place to eat in Burleson.

My husband and I went last night excited to try MOD pizza for the first time. Unfortunately, we were let down. The guy at the counter who helped us was very helpful and friendly. He even gave us a free “No Name” dessert. Once we got home and picked up a slice of pizza you could instantly tell the dough was soggy and not fully cooked in the middle. Unfortunately I had to toss my pizza after trying to eat one slice since it was very raw. The pictures are for reference. You can see the uncooked dough at the bottom (what looks like cheese). Maybe they’re “Superfast” but now I see why…
