Frank and the team are amazing. I love coming here with my family to this specific location because of the friendly atmosphere. The team is always greeting us with smiles and friendly cheers. I am a very indecisive about what to order, because of this I’m always fearful of holding anyone up but Frank and the team are very patient and never make me feel like a bother. First but DEFINITELY not the last time I am visiting this restaurant. I loved that I could have my pizza my way without being charged and arm and a leg for it. The pizza was DELICIOUS and baked to perfection. I usually like a pan pizza but their thin crest was just perfect!!!! I am VERY particular about lemonade and I wanted to get a gallon jug to take their lemonade home Plus side……I didn’t have to wait 30min or more for delivery

I’ve eaten at other MOD pizzas that were good, but this one was $hit. Employees make a world of difference. I just found my order cold, sitting on a dam book shelf. I can’t believe they don’t do anything to try to keep your food warm. In addition to no one told me it was sitting there they just took my money and left me standing there while they talked, and my food is sitting on the shelf.

Poor customer service, most workers are busy but it is clear management does not have a assigned process for employees workflow. Order was placed online and was not ready in 15min. it took over an hour. The female Manger was too busy conversing with friends sitting in the restaurant who were not customers. Waited over an hour and watch customer walk in and place their orders and walk right out. Order was made wrong as explained to the manager while showing the order receipt, yet manger was argumentative. Manger had to told twice after asking to remake my order as requested. Completely unacceptable based on my past experience with this location.

So my family wanted there fav place and we stopped at this location and I went first started the order and when I got to the cheese the manager at that was trying to refuse extra cheese and was trying to argue with me when I said it was unlimited toppings so I cancelled and went to the location we normally go to in the heights of Taylor better environment services and more welcoming

The double dough pizza was delicious! It was my first time trying this crust. Much better than the regular crust. I was a little underwhelmed by the service though. The woman wasn’t friendly and had a low grade attitude. I also didn’t feel she was dressed appropriate for work. Based on her appearance and presence, she should not be the first face that customers encounter. Mind you, the place was EMPTY! I need better customer service.
