Outstanding staff friendly kind and very understanding when people have no idea what tu put on The 11 inch pie. Place is very clean and restrooms were super clean. Very good Air condition and it was a very cool experience in the peak of lunch time. Good parking outside and highly recommended.

My order was delivered, and it was so disrespectful in so many ways how my pizza’s was prepared! I asked for light pizza sauce and received a pizza’s with extra sauce! But to top it off, both of my pizza crusts were burned to crisp, and MOD HAD THE NERVES TO DELIVERED IT TO ME!!!! I DON’T KNOW WHY MOD ASK FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW YOU WANT YOUR FOOD PREPARED WHEN THEY DON’T EVEN READ THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT YOU PROVIDED.

This location is very unsanitary. You have to pay close attention to them as they make your pizza. If the meat falls on the counter they will pick it up and put it on your pizza. You have to repeat your order 3 and 4 times, because they don’t listen. Their listening skill are horrible. I asked to scan so I could accumulate points and the young lady told me it does not apply. Maybe she thought I wanted to use the points, I only wanted to accumulate points. Better customer service is so needed here. Also they need to work on their manners… The blonde hair lady, who I believe was the manager was extremely rude and comes to work looking like she just got out of bed. I’ve been to many locations and never seen anything like this before. All other Mod pizza locations place you pizza in a box. This manager places the pizza on the counter. Then when I ask her for my money back she got an attitude about it and gave me the receipt and walked off. Beyond RUDE!!!

Great pizza. Their normal crust is thin, but they also offer a more normal ticker crust as well. The mini size is great for children, plenty for them to get full. Tried their lemonade, which is pretty great in taste. Easy to order to go or also if you’re dining in.

I placed an order online and arrived 15 mins later. Initially the associate couldn’t locate my order, and she eventually found it. I just stood there assuming she was going to bring it out, but I eventually sat down. I’m accustomed to great Customer Service and this place has none. My order was ready after another 20 mins. This after I checked on it as I didn’t understand how they were giving out each order. The Pizzas were subpar. I’ll probably never go back.

The Pizza here is very good. I had to give this place a try. I kept passing it and finally decided to stop. I called it in and did curbside. They also have so many choices on toppings and sauces. I had 1 with Pepperoni, 1 with Canadian Bacon and Roasted Corn, and 1 with Sausage, Pesto sauce, Asiago and Parm cheese.
