We stopped going to this Mod and decided to give them another shot, well we will not be going back again ever. The pizzas were half burnt and the other half doughy. I asked for the dressing on my salad to be on the side and instead it was swimming in dressing. The staff were either on there phones or barely listening. This used to be a good spot, but it is awful now. My recommendation if you like Mods find a different one.

A buddy of mine clued me in to Mod Pizza and I have been to this same location in Katy twice. Both times were great! You get to create your own salad and your own pizza. The food is consistently good, the service quick, and the staff very friendly!

The mad dog pizza was super good and the toppings were fresh. I recommend spinach and red onion. Also my boyfriend enjoyed his half with bacon on it. They have choices for every taste bud. I loved the decor inside as well. It was a great spot for a small company lunch. The pizza wasn’t greasy or processed tasting. I loved this pizza because it tasted way better than other pizza places. I also enjoyed the service and how quick it was to get a fresh hot and tasty pizza. Thank you MOD Pizza! Also I was hungry and the pizza tasted so good that I forgot to take a photo until after we took a few bites lol.

First, second and third of all, everybody who works here is SO friendly and nice from the moment you walk in the door to on your way out the door. Fantastic staff. The setup for making your own custom pie is fun and unique as well. Clean environment, food is very good. I have to say that as someone from a pizza mecca region of the NY/NJ area, this wasn’t the most amazing pizza I’ve had, and there might we’ll be better pizza in this area that you’d trip all over yourself to get. But this pizza here was still very good, and it’s a positive experience here that will most likely inspire you to want to come back.

This is really good pizza. As a matter of fact, it has become my favorite pizza. It is like subways in the sense that you go down a line and pick out what you want on your pizza, all for the same price, with no shortage of options. It is fire cooked. It’s not wood, but the oven is about 650 degrees. So i get them to brown my crust to extra crispy. The Dillon James is their Margareta pizza, just add pesto to it, and it is over th top. All of the employee’s have been very nice, and even though they were busy, they kept the line moving. The manager, Sarah, keeps the place very clean and running smoothly. She has great customer relations with everyone who comes in. I have never seen her down nor overwhelmed. So, in summery, when you put all three, the price, the short wait time, and the tasty ingredients together, they havep a real well-made Mod Pizza.

Stopped by Mod to get my favorite . Ordered individual pizza however the staff advised me they didn’t have so he would give me a larger size. I was grateful. Once i got to the counter to pay he asked what size I said individual he looked at the tray of pizzas waiting to be cooked & charged me for a large pizza. I asked him why would I lie about a $10 pizza? I then requested a refund. It took a while and then the manager gave me$2 back. I was and requested a refund due to no apologies & customer service was unsatisfactory. He then only gave me back$5 for a $13 order.

This is really, really good, fast pizza. Not wood oven but it is a brick oven pizza. They will make your pizza any way you want it at no extra cost. We love the Mod with its thin crispy crust. They will even leave it in the oven a minute or two longer for a crisper crust. The sooner you can eat it the crispier it will be. Great habanero sauce and pesto condiment. Inexpensive and great food. You get to pick from a line like subway, anyway you want it. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They also have salads and just like the pizza you can pick what you want on it at no extra cost. They have soda drinks, bottled drinks, tea and more. You really need to try it. 7/5/2022 We have been many times since our first visit. We have never been disappointed. The manager, Sarah Pacilio is the glue and inspiration to her crew. She is always smiling, positive, and friendly. She is all about making an consistent product and customer satisfaction. It is not quite the same when she is not scheduled to work. Don’t get me wrong, the crew does very well carrying on without her but again she is missed when she is not there. I really hate that they don’t put the paper in the box under the pizza anymore though. Still this is my favorite location and we will deffenatly continue to eat there. Especially if Sarah is working there.

Super pleased with our experience today. Not only was the Pizza cooked to perfection, the service was outstanding! My hands were full with 2 pizzas, 2 Terrific Lemonades and the little cakes, so a charming young man came out from behind the counter and helped carry everything out to my vehicle. Talk about fantastic Customer service! Took the Pizza home and my hubby and I enjoyed them completely. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!
