MOD pizza is the only place I trust to eat GF and vegan pizza from. You can still eat healthy and clean while enjoying delicious pizza. I love all their sauces and unlimited toppings that they offer. Worth the price and quality.

I love MOD! Customizing my own pizza for a good price and getting a delicious no-name cake is always great. I dropped it a star cuz that Pride cake was not good… tasted like unsweetened corn bread with frosting and new the Cinnamon Pizza was Mid… But overall I love bringing my family here and the pizza and vibes are always good.

Nice welcoming atmosphere. Great staff. Pizza was really good. Since Pie Five went out of business near wear I love then this the next best thing and overall better in my opinion. I got mine loaded and really enjoyed it. Recommended!

First time here and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. The pizza itself was very very good. The crust was thin and crispy and the sauce was flavorful but didn’t overpower the toppings!

This place likely needs to be shut down and reviewed with updated training. The floors were filthy, the trash was overflowing, the clothes on the employees were extremely dirty that they were constantly using to wipe their hands, flies were constantly roaming in and out of the ingredients without challenge. I haven’t been in establishment this bad in quite some time. Will not return. The employees were nice and good people but leadership needs to start over on the basics.

This is a hot take, but I think MOD is one of the best pizza places in Austin. I like the thin crust, the very neutral toppings (sometimes I think places overcompensate with very herby sauces) and I think it’s the perfect size. It doesn’t feel as heavy as most fast pizza (which can also be great in the right circumstances).

Had a bad experience just today. Google maps says they were open until 11PM. I roll in with my family after a play at 10:10 and ALL the employees glare at me and my family. After a few minutes of them acting as though we didn’t exist, I asked them if they were open. Staring at the ground a man grunted “No”. If you don’t want to serve people late, then change your hours so people don’t waste their time. Just sayin’

So it is very hard for me to even give 1 star to this location. I was promised my order at 6:45 and I was there at 6:40 waiting on my pizza. I asked about it and they said it was being made now. At about 6:45, I heard what I thought was my name “Rick” and another guy stepped up and claimed the pizza. I went up and asked what name they called and he repeated back what I thought was Rick, after two times he indicated it was Brick with a B that he called. So I stepped back and continued to wait. A few minutes later the same guy came in and said that was not his order and he needed his order. I looked at what I he returned and he had already taken a bit of a piece of pizza before returning. At this point it was already 10 minutes late so I requested a refund. While going through the refund process and prior to giving me the refund, my name was called. I then assumed I was getting my pizza so I left. When I arrived, I opened my pizza only to find that they had packaged up the pizza the guy returned and handed it to me even though he had returned the pizza after eating some of it. It was the most discussing thing I have ever experienced at a dining establishment. I will never return to this location. I called and supposedly I will be getting a refund. I took the general managers name and I will be calling him tomorrow on 3/30. Good luck if you choose to go to this place. If they package up returned eaten pizza and hand it to customers, there is no telling what they will do to your pizza while cooking!

They delivered a pizza that was not what I ordered and looked like it would make me sick (looked unsafe to eat).
