Never had a bad experience at MOD and we go often. Food is always prepared just right and for the most part the staff is nice and helpful. Putting in a pick up order can be hit and miss. They always make it right if something is wrong. It’s hard to find a good buffalo chicken pizza and they make a pretty good one.

I came in on a Friday night around 5:45 PM. it was very busy and there was a long line. Thankfully my order was taken about 15 minutes from walking in the door. And then I got my three pizzas out 15 minutes later. So between the in-store customers and the online orders , they were doing great.

Solid and fast. The MOD on smokey hill has a great staff. Friendly, kind, quirky, and FAST. the internet orders are usually about 5 minutes late, but the staff does a GREAT job keeping you informed, and frankly their positive attitude makes any wait pleasant. The pizza is excellent. Solid efforts made better by great staff.

I just got not just one, but also a SECOND replacement pizza wrong. I sent a special request I am lactose-intolerant and can only eat feta. They sent both pizzas with mozzarella. I can’t eat it. They even said they checked it. I’m tired of giving this place second chances, I’m no longer ordering here anymore. I have also gotten pizzas in the past not cooked properly and they were doughy. Or thry will throw random ingredients that wasn’t requested. What’s the point of building your own pizza? Enough is enough.

food is average; build your pizza your way. Customer service is average to below average. They do have lots of choices for toppings. It didn’t take that long for the pizza to come out. I recommend this place.

When we went to the Castle Rock location, the wait was very long, so we had not been to this location despite living nearby 8 years. We tried it on 5/18/23 and the service here was excellent. The food workers were on point and quick. The guy going around asking us if we needed anything at our tables was very pleasant, we enjoyed him very much.

I have always liked this MOD but today the manager Kim really made my day, making me love this location! Let’s just say I was having one of those days due to the NICU. I forgot to take off my badge and she sat there and talked to me. She showed me compassion and gratitude. Don’t worry she didn’t hold up the line, but her generosity and smile just made my day so much better it made me tear up. So thank you Kim for making my day 10000% times better.
