Very fast pizza, friendly employees, tasty for what it is. I especially liked the crust. My son’s cheese pizza was great all around, although on my pepperoni/sausage pizza the cheese was very scarce and patchy. Come on now, gotta have full cheese coverage!

I have been a fan for a long time. I didn’t have pizza for a few weeks. Went there expecting it to be what I was craving. I was disappointed. The dough tasted different and some of the toppings were different as well. Something was off and all of us noticed. It’s hard to spend close to $50 and expect it to be good and it wasn’t.

The pizza is pretty good, the wings are horrible! But the wings were far far better than the HORRIBLE customer service! The entire staff acted like the were put out we were ordering and asking questions about the menu! Look I’m sorry you don’t like having to work, but don’t worry you will be out of a job soon no way you stay in business with such poor customer service… I’m sure they don’t care though, they will just go ruin another business with there put out lazy rude attitudes!

We always love MOD Pizza anyway, but after today I felt like it was important to get along and give this particular location five stars! Went in today and was blown away by the service – the staff was friendly, and the pizza turned out even better than normal! There are several people in our family with various allergies, and different restaurants are more or less willing to accommodate that – even some mod locations struggle with that from time to time, but the folks working today did such a great job of working around our needs, and were happy to do it. Thanks for making it such a great experience!

I have been to this location a few times and I feel like the service and food is usually okay. Today I went and my pizza was undercooked and doughy. One of the individuals cooking the pizza was not friendly and rude with customers.

Don’t normally make reviews, but today I was the 9th person in line and it took 50 minutes from the time I got in line until I paid for my pizza. Only 3 staff members, clearly 1 was new and probably 1 other was newer. Completely ignored by 1 staff member. This business will end up shutting down if they can’t find enough quality personnel – today’s experience was an ultimate test of patience from a customer’s perspective and we will all gladly find another place to eat if this continues.

This review has nothing to do with the food but with the amazing people working their 5/11/2023 late night shift! We were in an accident out front and the staff came out and checked to see if everyone was ok and called 911 for us. After all the crazy we were stranded waiting for a ride. We are from out of town and we’re panicked and scared. They let us hangout while they closed down. I can’t thank you guys enough for your kindness in the wake of our crazy night! thank you so much, I truly appreciate the kindness you all showed! You guys rock!!

My family doesn’t get to eat out much due to how expensive it is, but we finally caught a break and decided to order pizza for a Friday night. We had it delivered because our small kids were doing bathtume etc. well when the order showed up, the pizzas were completely made wrong. Made a quick phone call and we were immediately shut down as to who’s fault it was. The “manager” was a complete idiot and was not willing to help out in any way. Pretty sad
