I’m going to be frank, I do not leave reviews- ever. To be honest I think this is my first one. But the service at this location has been so consistently TERRIBLE that I want to save others from handing over a penny to this establishment. Every single staff member I’ve ever encountered here has an attitude and a look on their face like they just smelled bad fish. Clearly annoyed that they are having to like, do their jobs? I’ve worked in customer service for 15+ years and Im aghast at how lazy and snotty these people are. Whoever is doing the hiring here needs to be 86’d. Food is delicious but I half expect this staff to hock a loogie in the pizza sauce simply because they’re being required to move a muscle or two. Ugh, yuck. Not coming back.

Clearly, I love Pizza. But what I like best is plain cheese pizza. MODS MADISON cheese, only Pizza is scrumptious! I love that I can ask for a tich more sauce and to fire it until the cheese is bubbly and a little brown. I’m glad they have a Sugarhouse location!!

Came in for a sit down bite with the wife and got taken care of by Shakur. When they say super fast, they ain’t messing around! We waited a few moments while deciding and he’d already knocked out 5 pies. He apologized for the wait and said he’s 10 pies behind… Not 2 minutes later, after perfect execution along with cleaning his workspace afterwards, he was ready for us. I commented that this was about to be the best da** pizza we ever had and true that was! Good on you man!! Pride in their work, their space, their product, and their people. 10 stars for Shakur!!!

If I could give a zero I would!! I’ve ordered 5 different occasions and every time they say sorry we don’t have driver’s to deliver, or they send you all over the place or they tell you door dash or Uber eats or they make your pizza the wrong way!
