I’ve been at MOD Pizza a bunch of times and I always liked. I haven’t been here in a while and today I saw they offer a thicker crust – double dough. Wow, that was delicious! Thin crust is ok, but not my favorite. The double dough was delicious. Nice and chewy. I love their white sauce as well, and the fact they don’t charge extra for each topping. Highly recommend.

Essentially it’s the “Subway of Pizza” in my opinion. By that I mean the pizzas are assembled right in front of you in a way that is similar to Subway or Chipotle. This place is like Subway or Chipotle in almost every way even down to quality meaning this; the pizza you end up getting is something better than Dominos or Little Caesars or something of the like, but not quite as good as a custom pie from your favorite high quality pizzeria.

So as you can see I gave one star when the person says I don’t get paid enough to care that’s making your food it shows. For one they put these labels now that they write with black marker under your actual food along with these dirty metal labels. But when you actually get your food it’s served to you back on the brown paper. Cost efficient not sure. So back to when I ordered now you have to ask for enough cheese to even cover your pizza otherwise your paying around $11 for dough. And your salad oh wow talk about the bottom of the head of lettuce! They ask do you want it mixed in the salad? You say sure don’t unless you want actual dressing. The gloves being changed is pretty much not at all and they move from station to station touching food with gloves still on. Also no hand washing coming from the front of house to back of house. And to top it off 2 employees come back one from the bathroom and the other from changing out the soda syrup the go to wash there hands and your supposed to pretty much sing Happy Birthday that how long your supposed to wash your hands. Yeah no a rinse then dry is a major no! I once loved this location but this is a no go and I won’t go into cleanliness.

The pizza itself is nothing special. However, Mod’s specialty is vast customization in a very quick manner. With a vast array of toppings at no charge(20+), you can get whatever pizza that your heart desires. I will say if you are wanting a simple pizza (such as a plain cheese, which is my style), you won’t be impressed and probably won’t get your value’s worth. Even so, you will still receive exceptional and quick service, so you will still be satisfied

It’s disappointing that they don’t make an effort to accommodate food restrictions. Mod can’t be bothered to make a Celiac friendly procedure for their food – new utensils and a clean baking sheet to cook a pizza on. Simple enough.

Great location. I have never had any issues at a mod pizza! They are very worth the price and they are a go to spot for me. I love food and this place makes me very happy since I can pick all my favorite topping for a nice price.

The service was fast and friendly. Everything looked very clean. The ability to pick your own toppings was really nice and worked well, especially for the price of the pizza. It seemed they only had thin crust, but it was good. It probably helps them push out the orders a lot faster. They have a nice little selection of craft beers and soda, mostly bottled and only two beers on tap. Overall a nice place to get a personalized pizza fast.
