Great concept and I wanted to love these pizzas but it was ok at best. That being said $11 for a pizza isn’t a bad deal. You build your own and the cost is the same which I really like. Think subway but for pizzas. And for the record, garlic on pizza ain’t that great LOL. I liked the pizza but it was undercooked even after asking for it to be well done. And they need to have better crust/pizza dough. This is the nucleus of the dish and as a result needs to be great. Wasn’t so great.

I come to this location frequently not only because they make pizza better than anyone in the valley but the staff and atmosphere are stellar. Many employees go out of their way to learn the names of regulars and memorize their orders so they can greet you with a wave and a “hey ___” whenever you walk in. The pizza comes out just like the name, super fast. By the time you’ve filled your cup with your drink of choice and sat down your name is being called to come get your food. Only location I’ve been to that says hello and goodbye to everybody who enters or leaves the store. I recommend trying them out whenever you feel like having a nice interaction and some amazing pizza.

I ordered a build your own pizza with garlic shrooms and onion and I think it might have been enjoyable if the pizza dough wasn’t raw. My order was supposed to be ready at 11:49 and when I got there at 11:55 it was still being prepared. When she put it in the oven she said it would be ready in six minutes but she took it out early. I didn’t realize the dough was raw till I got back to work to eat it. Only reason I have two stars on the good is because she gave me a free drink while I waited.

One the worst Mod Pizza locations I’ve ever been to. Waited in the line over 20mjns just to order my pizza. Only one guy was working and the other 3 were just standing there watching him. Had a line all the way to door but no one seemed to care. I would avoid this place and maybe go to a different location.

This is for upper management. Making your service workers prepare multiple online orders in front of in store customers is terrible customer service. There is always at least one extra person doing nothing while one person is preparing online and in store food. Do better.

Ordered a pizza online and was on time. Employee 1 told me that I am too early and that I have to wait 15 minutes (gave me a free drink ). After 20 minutes I asked employee 2 about my pizza, he took it cold as ice from the counter where it was since I entered the shop. No fresh pizza, no refund, only a short warm up inside the box in the oven. Still cold as ice. Bad service, never again, you should avoid this shop.
