MOD Pizza is one of those places that you know what you are getting when you go in there. I prefer it for takeout because the dining area is a little stark and plain. I would have given this place five stars anyway if the staff had paid more attention to the empty tables. We had a bit of a tough time finding one that had been cleaned after the previous patrons had left. It was not the cleanest place I’d been to. But the food was what you expect with Mod pizza; it was quite good. The location at Kent station makes for plenty of parking but the parking is going to be a little out of the way and require a bit longer walk, so seniors or people who have trouble walking might want to pick a different MOD Pizza location.

This is the best MOD Pizza location I have been to. The service was awesome due to Christina. She is a great food artist, but she was also personable, kind and fun! The food was tasty! The only drawback is that I was freezing the entire time because it was very cold inside the restaurant. In looking around not one person had taken off their coat. I hope next time I’m there it will be a bit warmer so I can enjoy my visit even more.

Brought the boys and bought three pies (1 gutten free and 2 regular). Employee was patient and super helpful building out the pies. We came around 4:30pm so there was one other customer in front of us. I like the dining area, lots of windows, lots of light, and clean. The only section that was not clean was the drink dispensers that needed some attention. I’m super happy that this MOD Pizza location opened up.

Pizza was great, and consistent totally what would would expect in comparison to other MOD pizza’s. The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they do not serve beer. They were offering Black Cherry White Claw, Chardonnay wine can’t remember the brand, house wine Pinot Grigio, and Rose canned wine. All other MOD Pizza’s I have been to does have a couple of beers on tap and a couple bottle or can choices. Not looking to come in and have more than 1 beer; but I would have at least like to have that option. I know that the restaurants are franchise owned, I am sure that the owners have made that choice have any beer offerings, but I feel they are missing out on a some potential business. I would go to this location again but it would be nice to have an option or two for beer.

Placed a order of salad and two pizzas for pick up. Waited 30 minutes from time they said everything would be ready. Drove 15 minutes home and got the wrong pizzas. For the wait I got a gift card for a free mod sized pizza or salad. It’s inexcusable to get the order wrong.

One of the ladies who was preparing food didn’t tie her hair back. The person boxing and cutting pizzas seemed extremely slow and disorganized. He lost several pizzas, including mine.
