I’ve eaten a disturbing amount of pizza from here… The staff are friendly and my order has never been incorrect. It’s a chain so if you’ve been to a Mod you know what you’re getting. The reward system is pretty satisfying. You can pretty quickly accumulate free sides or pizzas. Quality is far better than any delivery chain.

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 salads. I ordered online and then drove in to pick up (10 min drive) with another 10 min wait till food was finished. Overall taste was good for the food, although for some reason there was an inch long piece of wood in my salad, which if I had bit in the wrong way this would have caused some damage. This is definitely a new meaning to raw cuisine. I’ll probably eat the pizza again, but not too keen on the salad. Additionally, there were ingredients missing from both salads. Staff were friendly, but I would suggest adding some quality control around prep.

The staff is always friendly and working hard to get the customers through and the pizzas cycling in and out of the huge pizza oven. The Auburn location has a nice outdoor seating area as well as a kind of separate seating area inside that seems perfect for parties.

As a native New Yorker, it is difficult to be far away from home. Some days you just feel home sick and you want a “slice”. In New York pizzeria’s sell pizza by the slice, you can get a hot and fresh slice anytime of the day! “The city that never sleeps…” The state of WA cannot replace NY, but places like MOD Pizza makes it a little easier when they produce excellent customer service AND exceptional customer experiences. The pizza was perfectly cooked, same with the cheese bread. The cake was a perfecting pairing with the coffee Milkshake! Talk about a homerun meal! #GoYanks
