We visited the Union Gap location. Love this place! I love that I can customize my pizza as we go.. The dough is amazing and the ingredients are super fresh. The pesto sauce is heaven in a cup. The balsamic fig sauce, I could just eat that with a spoon…. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be here and service is friendly.

Wanted pizza to take home and hadn’t been there in a while, so we got our goodies to go and thoroughly enjoyed them at home. Love that I can ask for exactly what I want. I always ask for Bleu Cheese and sausage with my pepperoni and nobody ever thinks that’s weird. Do like this place!!

Great custom, personal pizza! I’ve never had issue at either location. Today I ordered a couple milkshakes after finishing our dinner. Because the wait was a little longer than they expected, the gal put mine & my son’s initial on the tops of them. A simple, sweet gesture. My son thought it was amazing! Thank you 🙂

First time ordering online from them, I receive my pizza and look at how horrendous the red sauced one came out/ they didn’t follow any directions, my pizza was missing a lot of the ingredients I selected.

This place is the jam!! First time trying this place out and was truly amazed. The subway of pizza and at a cheaper price than subway. 8 bucks for a loaded pizza that fills you up. Will definitely come back again and hope they start getting these on the east coast more.

I give this MOD one star but if I were able I’d give it zero. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had at one of your restaurants. The employee’s were rude, the place was so dirty and we were hurried along when ordering even though multiple employees were just standing around. We got to the register to pay and the lady who rang us up said to us “next time you want cheesy bread you need to order that at the start.” Well we weren’t aware of this since no where is this stated in your building or offered at the start. When asked which sauce I wanted on my pizza I had asked what they had and I was directed to look at the menu instead of the employee giving a general idea of the sauces available. As we sat in the lobby and ate our lunch one employee who was supposed to be cleaning the lobby whipped the towel around on the tables leaving all crumbs and trash all over the floor without care to get a broom. I will say if you are looking for a place with a clean place to eat and employees who care about their customers this isn’t the place for you. Do better Yakima MOD.
