Simple. No one is pleasant on the phone anymore, even in business. I call, genuine greeting every time. My food, HOT, FRESH, and doesn’t take long. I have eaten there for lunch, picked up at a time I requested, with no issues. Owner knows how to keep it together, controlled, and customers happy. Well done. Visited Moe’s two weeks ago for the first time. Delicious sandwiches made on gigantic fresh bread. Brand name deli meat stacked thick with generous toppings on request. Large drink selection. They’ll make breakfast sandwiches all day which is great if you have a brother like me who’ll sleep in till lunch time on occasion. Very friendly guys behind the counter. The only knock I had on the joint was the price of the meal.

Can’t figure out what’s so special. The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was just okay. Have had better (and larger) cheesesteak sandwiches at more than a dozen other places in the area. The place is nothing to look at so don’t think you’re going to take a date there. Two sandwiches and a soda was $20. No bargain.
