Before the last change of ownership, Moe’s subs were far superior to what they are now. I have ordered super Moe’s for years, but due to a change in quality, I recently ordered a Moe’s and a super Moe’s to compare. I was suspect of the alleged add’l veggies and meat.

I have not been in the shop but ordered two subs via DoorDash. Wow. We were not disappointed. We had a tuna Italian and an Italian cold cut sub. We ordered the large subs and they are gigantic. Had to split them into two meals. The rolls are really good and the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I will say one thing. We both love onions. The onions on these sandwiches are very thinly sliced but they are plentiful. This brought us both great joy but I know that onions are polarizing. Make sure to let them know to go easy on the onions unless you love them as much as we do.

The sandwich is a Moe’s and is good but the customer service was lack luster. The previous owners staff were very warm and welcoming. The last thing a consumer wants is to feel awkward or rushed, when buying a product I walked in the door and the women asked me right away , what I want. No hello. No welcome. Where this time I did know what I wanted. Sometimes a person may not. Leaving a consumer feeling awkward will sway that person away , next time they want a sub. The customer is your everything to business. Welcome, engage and connect with your customers, unless you’re going for .. “Just a Sandwich Shop”

Moe’s Italian sandwiches are piled high with fresh ingredients. They’ll build a sub to your specifications and you’ll be happy to dig in. The service is friendly and they don’t skimp on quality or quantity. Probably the best sub shop in York County. Don’t go to Subway, go to Moe’s!
